Yeah it kind of does. Conversely, gold and silver continue to soar due to the same reason that BTC and other cryptocurrencies are at a halt: Geopolotical tensions and risks. The investment market is so interesting, how one situation favors some assets, but is a nightmare to others.

I cannot see an end in sight to this escalating geolotical tensions, so i expect precious metals to continue to soar, as investors seek safe haven assets. BTC on the other hands needs a push from somewhere, a positive news or something, in order to get back on track and probably make the push for a $100k again.

Well, swaping BTC to BTC isn't needed directly as one can swap BTC to another crypto currency and than back into BTC again like what you mentioned in the post. However, I don't know why would anyone swap BTC to another crypto currency and back into BTC as there's no need of such swaping. But, if someone prefers privacy and for that reason it's done then that's another thing. It's great that with a service like CCE.CASH it's now easy to swap crypto currencies without going through KYC.

The Bitcoin Lightning Network (LN) is a good idea. Many online stores accept Bitcoin LN out there, and people won't know their privacy is exposed when converting their BTC to LN.

I am waiting for other countries, like how they are going to take revenge on Trump for using his big weapon, aka tariffs, again and again. I am sure his solution to every problem nowadays is, I will raise tariffs, we won't do any trade, we will impose sanctions, etc.

Bitcoin stabilized near $88,000

It is difficult to speculate BTC's price movement with all that's happening around the world. When it looks like we might be going up there's one not-so-good news that sends it back to the $90k support or just slightly below it at $87k or $88k. Precious metals on the other hands are having a swell time, with both gold and silver above $5k and $100 respectively.
