Thank you for correcting some things that I did not write, assuming if I am lucky in 1 week or let's say win 75$ as you said then I withdraw it this means the next 3 weeks my monthly allocation is not used so it means I only spend 2.5% of my monthly salary, quite simply I consider my personal allocation for gambling which is 7.5% that has not been used for the next 3 weeks is my winnings and I allocate it to increase my investment funds or buy personal items. And the next month I will do the same thing but sometimes if I have more funds or win like that if I am not satisfied with my gambling activities I will use the winnings again, I do this depending on the situation and my mood the most important thing is that what I do does not have a negative impact on my finances.

Im doing the opposite when it comes into this aspect on which if ever i have set out a specific budget or allocation for my gambling session then its neither win or lose then i dont have no plans on trying out to make up some additional funds with it because once you do have this kind of behavior then you do usually have that kind of impulsive behavior on this case. $100-$200 per gambling session for me is too big already. And maybe if I play that amount and losses (just like what happen last Monday, me and some of my friends decided to play on landbase casinos and I lost more than $200), then I should be like quiet for the rest of the week as I have to work hard again and earn that kind of money in my regular job. So it's not that easy to lose that amount of money, but that is gambling though, I mean you take that risk and go into the unknown and hope for the best output that you will win and at least double our money. But it's not the case for me so I'm out for the remaining days.

I think that even if we exceed our limits, in my opinion, we have not yet completely overcome our weakness when it comes to lack of self-control and discipline that we should really have. Usually I will set a special budget in gambling after meeting all needs in the process of living life. Regardless of winning or losing the amount of budget that I spend on gambling no more than $ 150 for each month even though occasionally can sometimes exceed the specified capacity because it might have other money from the winnings in the previous gambling.

If they would set up a budget plan and stick with their plan why would they need to adjust it?
But I would also answer this questions base on how I do it, first the amount that I used to gamble is from my extra income so meaning if I don't have one I wouldn't gamble with my main income to affect my plans or other budget.
It is usually 10-20% and set to stop gambling when I lose all of it or multiply my capital to 3-4 times.
After that I would cash out and wait for my next income to play again.

I came to conclusion that my gambling budget can not be expressed in constant numbers or percentage. I cant say that I gamble 5% of my salary. My budget depends on expenses I have made and plan to do during month. If I have already spent a lot or plan a vacation, I prefer to save money for unexpected expenses, make a money pillow, than stick to 5% of monthly salary should be spend on gambling. I can even not gamble for weeks or few months. I dont make budget plans as if I must spend on gambling.
