Experiment failed (Gambling on the basis of AI)

Not to create long story! however I did experiment one of my long waited biases yesterday and it did turn out to be some sort of good guess but later failed.

On the basis of AI, I took a chance at Deepseek promoting it to give me a close guess or tips on what team to win football matches yesterday and somehow it gave a good tips with statistics that gave me a chance to be rational in decision making but because of greed and the payout was quite small so I added my own guess to increase the chance of high return and it turnout that my own guess ruined the bet.

Curious to ask, did anyone ever try this out? it could work and also fall.

Simply, it was just a bad luck for you and nothing more than that. Gambling with the help of any AI service is just something that may help you to understand few things like patterns, probabilities maybe give you more light to your choices but it will never guarantee a win. At the end of the day it's still gambling and once emotions like greed step in even the most logical system can fail.

Your experience is relatable many of us fall into that same trap as of just one more leg to boost the payout won’t hurt, only for that to be the one that fails and make the bet lose. We all agred that AI can assist us but it can’t stop us from our own risky decisions. Also, I believe it can be dangerous for people who doesn’t understand it that well.

I also remember @acroman8 mentioned OGnasty is doing same so we are taking advantage of this AIs while having fun. you should short a short on Friday against all Saturday and Sunday premier league matches and see what will be the outcome as also going to do that and give my report here this time not including my own bets instead placing it separately.

I've never tried Ai predictions before, because I think it's just a collective statistics of previous performance without consider much of the future and errors that may occur, however I found it not as effective as using your own knowledge and instincts to make prediction but how much of win do we make when using our prediction skill? Maybe it's time to give it a short by using the right risk management. Ai is slowly becoming the world's most rapid and effective research tool, so it'll be kind of odd not checking it out besides,  gamble is all about luck so AI could make the research part alot more easier.

AI makes predictions based on the statistics available to it like match results. I don't think it would take into consideration injury concerns and lineup for more accuracy. It's doesn't reference certain impromptu developments about the team that could influence the outcome of the games like a key player being substituted and a change in formation and many more, which makes human production still having an upper hand. Finally it's all about luck, AI prediction might convert, but I'll be the last person to depend on it.

Yep It could work and could also fail.
AI cannot accurately predict the outcome of the game, but If you know how to properly make AI as a tool to get even closer to the outcome, then I guess It can somehow workout. I mean, AI can be your one-stop shop at anything that you need to analyze a certain match up. You can ask the AI to generate the most recent update around the league or that specific match up. From injury reports, changes in rotations, and all other things you think that would have a great impact on the outcome for that match up.
This can also fail, but at least it gives you a greater picture of how the game should end up and you have greater chances of winning the odds.

Exactly getting aid from AI to gamble is the only valuable thing I see with this AIs hence its not in anyway guaranteed but it could give you a close guess and however this Saturday I'm trying one more time to see the next outcome if it goes on the winning side again then I'm sticking to using it for a long time and gambling till I see no more luck on AI. what I don't really know if different AI models give different result so I might also use different AI models to keep it up.

Your experiment was a good one but to tell you the truth even if you did not add your own guess to it because of what you call greed will not have worked for you because there is no A.I that can accurately predict the outcome of any gambling event especially football, gambling is a game of luck and the that is the fact so nothing can change it so when gambling we have to know that gambling is a game of luck

You are correct, gamble is a game of luck that's why no gambler should expect something from it. Many gamblers expected something from gamble and they didn't get it because the game is a game of luck. However op was kinda greedy that's why he added more games of his choice and the result of his bet was far different from what he expected. Actually an AI can not always give you an accurate prediction that will be successful at the end of the game, some days it will get it wrong and some day he might be right, and that's because luck is unpredictable.
