BC.Game Withdrawal Issue – Delayed Payment, No Resolution

Hello everyone,

I'm reaching out to see if anyone else has experienced issues with BC.Game Casino regarding withdrawals. I’ve been waiting on a withdrawal that has been suspended  and despite multiple attempts to contact support, I haven’t received a clear answer or resolution.

I’ve asked for updates, escalation, and even a reason for the delay, but all I get is that it’s "being reviewed" or that it will be processed "soon." I'm not sure what’s causing the holdup since I’ve previously withdrawn without issue, and my account is in good standing.

If any BC.Game representatives are reading this, I’d appreciate a serious look into my case. I’m also posting this in the hopes that others who may be facing similar issues can share their experiences or advice.

Maybe you need to extend your patient since, as I heard before BC.GAME has always had a delayed process of withdrawal transactions.

If no support will help you, I suggest you contact their forum representative, BC.GAME or link this thread of yours to their ANN thread.

Perhaps you withdrew a large amount and this is being reviewed by them, possibly for security reasons.

So far yesterday I withdrew at BC.game without any problems, just a small amount.

Or you can contact BC.Game Support who will respond to your complaint.

Don't you think you move this to the reputation section as it concerning complaint. Sincerely I must say, casino doesn't just limits or holds back withdrawals without any reason and if you watched you would see is either you are at fault for not reading their terms and condition, and one thing you must know about casinos is that they don't joke with their terms and condition which stands firm for them.

Sorry about the frustrating situation, gamblers do not like to be in such situation because it seems like foul play from the casino.

BC.Game have had a good record as far as I know from the forum, your challenge with them concerning your withdrawals will be resolved. Please exercise some more patience.

You already mentioned the answer to your question. You’re account is being reviewed the reason for the review is probably potential violation to ToS or there’s something suspicious on your betting history.

The review process is usually slow while seeking help of representative here might help or mot depending on the intensity of your case.

You should have shared some sort of proof to substantiate your statements op. Anyway, they aren't scammers or anything, but they do resort to unethical tactics to delay payments which is why this sort of stuff isn't anything new when it comes to this site.

If you didn't do anything wrong, you will get your funds though they might subject you to annoying KYC crap etc. Stay patient and keep interacting with their on site customer support regularly.

From the title it may not yet be a scam accusation, that should come when they have exhausted most means and have received a definite response from the casino or no response at all. At this point they are still getting a response that it is being reviewed.

What I think OP can do is post some proof to back up their case and will also help the representative that may be checking this out.

It is obvious that OP do not want to disclose the amount or other crucial information to the public, it might be the part of his strategy to test the waters. IMO bc.game is very reputable here and unless they suspect something, they don't delay the cashouts.

This may be true, but to be taken more seriously , some sort of proof may be needed, like a conversation with support. It also helps keep the forum sane and prevents anyone from attacking a casino with fake reports and no proof.

OP may be more inclined to share some proof in private with a rep.

How likely is it that you made a mistake that previously escaped the security team’s review?

Some gamblers try to access casinos using VPNs to manipulate location or country restrictions - some of them are still safe without any problems, but some have also been punished because violating casino rules. I do not think that is the case now, OP was not banned from the casino but a possible delay in withdrawal which they had replied to him that it would be processed. Maybe they are doing some check or something that is important or caught their attention. OP should just be patient with them while the process the withdrawal and already a reputable member volunteered to help OP reach out to the team to further fast track his case to resolving it.

It is not exclusive to bc.game. Over the years, I've seen multiple complaints about delayed payments from other casinos after a big win.
