The time to buy stocks was weeks ago when he sent the American economy to the edge and annoyed every single trading partner with random charges. From what I have read any tariffs on China are equivalent to an embargo - it's not going to be cost effective, so even if he drops them to 80% he is ruling out the majority of trade that existed before. We are currently in a grey zone, where the effects of the tariffs are yet to feed through - companies had stocked up prior and are burning through the cheaper pre-tariff stock. Through DOGE there have also been cuts to public jobs so a whole chunk of people will struggle to pay bills and demand will drop - knocking the private sector too. It is going to lead to a recession later down the line and that would be the optimum time to buy, instead of the small correction we experienced.

He is playing pump and dump mind games. What was the point of playing with tariffs if he now wants to negotiate? Couldn't he start negotiation from the very first day instead of immediately setting ridiculous tariffs? I think he did it intentionally to dump stocks, he would have made tons of money on stocks market with that accident. Now he will buy stocks again, he will negotiate about tariffs and will also suggest you to buy stocks because he wants to pump stock market again to make tons of money to later sell them at a huge price.

Lowering tariffs from 145% to 80% doesn't mean anything. Those tariffs will remain absurdly high. Trump can post whatever BS he wants. His "tariff policies" must be threated as market manipulation and should be investigated as insider trading. Just because Trump says that stock prices will skyrocket, that doesn't mean that they will. Optimism has returned for a while, so I don't expect a bear market anytime soon. There will be a lot of positive news around the world, most of them won't be related to crypto, but they might boost a cryptocurrency prices as well(at least for a while).

If we look at it literally, the actions he is taking now are like those of a dictator, as if he is taking advantage of his presidency and at the same time being a businessman using his influence
and connections for his own benefits.

And he is using tariffs as a trap for the leaders of each country to get what he wants, as if he is the one who controls the market, something like that is what I am noticing.

I think Trump is once again testing his power over the market and he is starting to seem to manipulate it with planned policy changes. But whatever, bitcoin and stocks may have a correlation, but I do agree that long term investment in bitcoin is the best choice.

Bitcoin price has shown a pretty good increase so far although it does not seem to test the $105k resistance level. The resistance will probably be broken in the next few days or early next week, but I and anyone else can never be sure. Bitcoin investment can be done anytime and at any price, but you have to consider some strategies so that you do not get stuck at the same price all the time.

He makes policies and after that tests the success rate, it's kind of a leap that thinks it will have an end but sometimes it doesn't give the final result of the finish he expected. I believe the policy has an effect on the journey of bitcoin but it's all short-term and it shouldn't cause excessive panic. Bitcoin has a pretty good increase and we see the resistance level almost breaking $105k and if you pay attention maybe in the future there will be a little correction before the price hits $105k.

There is no real difference between these two numbers. Both are high and both are equally causing inflation in the US and both are pushing China into retaliating against US tariff war.

When a tarrif rate is too high, raising it higher like 200% or 500% or 1000% would be the same. Because after a tarrif threshold, it would be enough to block all goods and products from China imported to USA, so lifting it more does not make any change.

This tariff rate lift to higher and higher rate is only used to make noise on media and make the market panicly. It triggers market collapse and indirectly causes another pressure on China for sitting down to discuss and retaliate with the USA.

You are not sure with that. If we have people in crypto who FOMO when an influencer say so, then that is also the same with that. He could have just said "be my exit liquidity", or "pump the markets for me". This is just desperate and if anything it smells like crash incoming. I don't believe tomorrow would be black monday, but i definitely see that it doesn't need much uncertainty to crash more. Altcoin holders would suffer way worse than any stocks though. And every week Trump says something so crazy, that i didn't even see that to possible. I wish i just shorted the right stock. When Trump speaks the market trembles, it has been like that for months now. It is obvious Trump has more words to influence the market than Biden.

When Trump first came to power, everyone was surprised by his behavior. Some of his policies were very anti-people. After a long time, when he tried to come to power again for the second term, many forgot about those issues, but after coming to power, that behavior was re-echoed. He seems crazy in all the policies he adopts or his discussions with the media. In most cases, he takes policies without any kind of judgment and analysis, which is annoying to me. If the proposal he made about trade tariffs were implemented, it could have created instability in the entire world. Wether or not of Trump's statements, the right time to invest is always now. Procrastinating the time of investment because you are waiting for a better time maybe for a price drop is only a waste of time as well as a total waste of  money as a wasted time is a wasted money.
If you are to waste time in investing, the little returns you are supposed to get within the time of your delay  in investments will be lost. The earlier you start the best for you.

After what happened when the tariff war was intensifying, i can vividly say that if stocks skyrockets, cryptos will skyrocket as well so i'll rather choose to buy cryptos and HODL than buy stocks. Already the tariff tensions have really reduced which means we are in for a positive movement of both stocks and cryptocurrency so anyone can choose which to buy and not be persuaded because of what Trump says, he is a very controversial person and his words shouldn't be taken so seriously even if they will happen, it can only reign for a short time.

In the end, he just wanted to make this a momentum to come back for himself as if he was a know-it-all whose goal was only to make the market conditions volatile again just like he did with his promise of bitcoin when the nomination was made.

Although what he said was quite good because it could be used as a future investment, don't forget that stocks, especially the US, are currently being shaken, especially when the trade war is still quite hot until now.

Remember when trump actually made the suggestion that people should buy some Altcoins like XRP, Solana and Ethereum, and bitcoin and later we got faced with the tariff rate increase and these things after a brief pump dump so hard. Right now it is buy stock and after this statement there is already another news of drug, groceries, Gasoline and energy been cut by around 50% which might now have its impact on the market. For me I think trump speeches do affect the market sentiment only.

It is way too soon to talk about market (and generally economic) recovery because if we think about it, nothing has changed regarding the problem that US regime has with China and the rest of the world. They still don't like seeing any other country grow economically or otherwise!

The only thing that happened was that Trump realized US economy is too fragile to perform such shenanigans and get away with it. So he backed off. Otherwise the war against China continues which means true recovery is still unlikely. We will only see FOMO in the US stock market for now.
