I'm posting this to publicly warn others about a serious and unresolved issue with Betkin Casino. I made a withdrawal request of 60 LTC on May 7, 2025, and to this day, the money has not been paid out. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, there has been absolutely no response from the casino.

No replies to any of my emails — not even an automated response.

Therefore, I have no email thread to show, simply because they are completely ignoring all communication attempts.

🛑 Suspicious activity on the website:
The "Latest Winners" section appears manipulated: only 5 games are ever shown, and the multipliers listed don't match the actual mechanics of those games.

I dont know how it should be possible to get a multiplier of 1,31 on Legacy of dead.
Maybe I am wrong, but it seems very strange that no other games have been displayed in the section for a month.

At this point, I can only conclude that Betkin Casino is operating fraudulently. They have taken my deposits, blocked my withdrawal, and ceased all communication.

Sorry OP.

Going by the reviews from past users, the that casino should be avoided at all costs. I am not sure why you opted for it, but this is why it's very important to check out the reviews before you use a certain service

Look at the feedback they have so far, It doesn't look good.

I don't think this casino actually has a support rep on this forum. I believe the casino account is ran by the guy who managed their sig campaign and the only way to communicate to the casino is through him or via their support channels on the website. You can try contacting him usekevin.

If usekevin is the one running the account, then it's quite clear that he doesn't care at all. OP initially made complaints in the official ANN and there was no response or even reassurance that the case was being looked into and yet usekevin has been online including today.

If what OP is saying is true about being ignored by support, it seems they don't want to pay him or are buying time since OP massively profited from a small deposit..

Also, how about submitting your complaint to Casino.Guru and Askgamblers? Perhaps they can help mediate between you and Betkin Casino. Honestly, your winnings are extremely high. Is that really normal compared to your deposit amount? How did you manage to win 60 LTC from just €10?

You can try contacting them via Discord, although I think your chances of withdrawing your winnings seem low. However, you should try exposing them everywhere, maybe that will help... And once again, stick to highly reputable casinos that usually resolve customer issues quickly.

You mean people who are also in the same situation as you, that they are unable to withdraw their winnings from this casino? I guess this is what this casino does, they are happy when their customers deposit and lose, but they withold their winnings when they win, that way they never lose. Just make as much noise as possible about your situation and let us hope the ending favors you.

Yes, I try. I have already written to some affiliate sites and also to the licensor. Although the licensor claims not to get directly involved in complaints between players and casinos. But maybe it will help.

Hello forum members,

I am hereby opening a scam accusation against Betkin Casino.

I made my last deposit on 07 May and I also requested a withdrawal on 07 May.
Since then I have been waiting for a response from the casino. The support is not available. There is no live chat and emails are not answered. There are also no answers on the social media platforms.

It seems as if the site is no longer even being maintained. You can't reach anyone.

After researching, I came across a similar complaint here in the forum (in March 2025), which was resolved after 1.5 months. I have therefore decided to submit one too.

I doubt that there will be any feedback from the casino, but hope dies last. If anything changes in the situation, I will let you know.

And if you would like screenshots of my open payment request or my email attempts, I can also submit them later.

You have made a last deposit long after they got a negative trust rating. You have done good research, but it is too late. You could do it before the deposit. Now I think you will not get your money back. If you get that will be considered as a positive thinking of the site. I thought the site would be turned into a scam when I saw their signature campaign and the review campaign, and the behaviour of the Campaign manager.

Actually, it looks like my feedback for BETKIN is no longer valid:

Today, April 26, I finally received my $5,000 withdrawal from Betkin.

It took about one and a half months of waiting, multiple unanswered emails, no accessible (live) support, and having to escalate the matter publicly, but the funds have now been paid out.

While I am relieved that the payment was eventually processed, the overall experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I hope no other players will have to go through the same ordeal.

With this said, I will close the topic and mark it as resolved.

Thank you to everyone who followed the case. This will be my final update.

So I have removed the negative feedback and will replace it with a neutral.

OP, just continue to make noise, provide proof to casinoguru or whoever of what happened and there's a good chance your complaint will be resolved, or at least addressed.

I still do not trust this casino.

Well, my response to that: "Well, then we will have no choice but terminate the brand until this is resolved - I am sorry. I know that it`s not your department but at the same time we need to be confident that player issues are are handled fairly and quickly and if that`s not possible with your brand, that`s a negative."
Let us hope this pushes Betkin to escalate this issue and try to solve it as soon as possible, i know it can take sometime to solve customer complaints, but it is almost two weeks now, so they should have at least provided OP with some information or update about his case.
I have already filed a complaint with Casino Guru. However, Casino Guru told me that I should contact them when I have not received the payout 14 days after my request. That will be the case in 2 days.
Okay, good. It is safe to say that there is a zero chance that you are going to get your payout in two days from Betkin, so this matter will definitely be escalated in CG, and we'll see how things pan out from there. It might take time, but with enough noise, you might luckily get your money back.

Of course, it is not the affiliate manager's direct job to deal with player problems. However, it should be in his interest that sites like BTCGOSU or Casino Guru talk positively, so it is somehow his case at the latest since you got involved.

Actually, it looks like my feedback for BETKIN is no longer valid:

Today, April 26, I finally received my $5,000 withdrawal from Betkin.

It took about one and a half months of waiting, multiple unanswered emails, no accessible (live) support, and having to escalate the matter publicly, but the funds have now been paid out.

While I am relieved that the payment was eventually processed, the overall experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I hope no other players will have to go through the same ordeal.

With this said, I will close the topic and mark it as resolved.

Thank you to everyone who followed the case. This will be my final update.

So I have removed the negative feedback and will replace it with a neutral.

OP, just continue to make noise, provide proof to casinoguru or whoever of what happened and there's a good chance your complaint will be resolved, or at least addressed.

I still do not trust this casino.
Gteat to hear that they have resolved another case i think they will solve tjis case too if the case is legit which has opened by the OP. I thought the site is a scam site but as the rrsolved the case of 5000$ I think they willl not scam any amount which is less than 5000$ different case may happen if the amoint is higher than this.

At the moment, the case has not yet been solved. I am still waiting for the payout and have not yet received any feedback from Betkin.
The case is with CasinoGuru and LCB. CasinoGuru has asked me a few more questions and will probably contact Betkin in the next few days. LCB has not yet received any feedback from Betkin.
