i don't understand exactly what a “reserve balance” is. i think you mean a certain balance for gambling that is always there.

no, i usually take what i want to take or not. i probably never just leave my money there. if i win i withdraw my money, if i don't win i don't ask for more. on gambling sites i guess having your money there saves you the time and commission of investing at different times. but i usually ignore it.

in the end, you never know, it's better to keep our money in our wallet.

Honestly from my personal experience, it's always smarter to have a set amount you’re okay with losing and just walk away once it’s gone also  I don’t think a reserve balance for gambling is really necessary unless you’re someone who treats it like a serious hobby or part of your lifestyle. So, you mean that a person should have more money ready so that once they lose the current balance, they can have more to lose. I don't agree with that. Someone who gambles for fun never needs back up funds, but someone who gambles for gains should also not have back up funds because gambling, as we know it, is not a way for us to make money, so it doesn't make any sense to have back up funds if you are having that for the purpose of trying to recover what you've just lost or try and make money with the back up funds because there are equal chances of you losing the back up funds as well.

Everyone who is into gambling should at least know that gambling is a game of luck, and they can't change their luck by having extra funds or by playing for longer. Playing for a longer period will only increase the potential losses and nothing else. Finish and walk away is the best for a sustainable and responsible gambling behaviors because having such a reserve funds can lead to spend more time than the planned time, I don't doubt the existence of such approach by some gamblers out there but those sets of gamblers can only be regarded as those who sees gambling as a means of making money rather than just an entertainment, but come to think of it, don't you think that there will urge of chasing losses at the event of the reserve funds being used and there is no positive results?
