Great to have (semi?) official topic here. I guess Tari didn't live up to expectations of users running day-to-day desktop hardware, since SHA3 is overtaking the space with 30+ TH/s on day 6. Some have been complaining that their earnings are zeroing out with 50+ RTX4090 rented at Vast.

And, as mentioned, LuckyPool and MoneroOcean are dominating SHA3 and RandomX hashing respectively.

Interesting to see the developments, especially the L2, and the exchange listings which are promised to come as soon as May 2025.

I don't really like this project. I am publishing information about it because there is practically nothing to mine for profit now. I didn't find anything new or revolutionary in their ideas or on their website. If the project finds investors, it may develop. Otherwise, it will suffer a similar fate of being forgotten.

Welcome to day 24 of Tari mainnet! We feel so grateful to be contributing to this revolutionary protocol with all of you. This was a big week for all of us. Together we shipped:

🔧 Top Bugs and Issues

- 📱Tari Universe Mobile - We are aware that many of you are experiencing issues with syncing, transactions disappearing, and payment ID challenges with exchanges. Our goal is to squash these bugs asap this coming week, so the mobile apps become everyone's preferred way to transact
- 🌉wXTM Bridge - This new feature shipped as an MVP, and there are a number of mission-critical things we’re working on fixing including: the dreaded “forever” transaction pending modal, providing better feedback when a transaction fails, and improving bridge performance and overall reliability
- 🔗Network Sync - We know many of you run into a variety of challenges around network sync, including getting stuck at “Setting up Tari Node 3/5" and Tari Universe displaying the wrong block height. A new version of Tari base node that we hope will solve these challenges is prepped and ready for release early this coming week!
- ⚖️ Wallet Balance Synchronization - Thank you to everyone who shared feedback on the current version of Tari Universe wallet. We’ve spent significant time refactoring and improving this feature to enhance sync performance, better communicate transaction states, and more. These updates will ship very soon!

Tari Universe Mobile Wallet has an update. Update your wallet at Google Play Store or App Store now ! SYNC issue resolved. The wallet sycn progress works properly now.

It's good to find this Tari mining thread. A friend referred me to this mining platform. I have two AVs, and it was flagged by both AVs. I know it's a false positive, but checking my AVs, it was flagged as a System Watcher trojan, it's surprising since as the same AV that blocked it marked it with a Trusted digital signature.
Anyone here also flagged the miner by your avs as a trojan?
