I have personally visited the gambling conference in London (2,3 of July) to speak with BC.game team about my case. Because of manipulation, they got mine 6-7 BTC. No KYC, no verification of funds.

I spoke with 2 managers and the Chief Compliance Manager - Brenda, she is from Asia.

BC.game's team was really surprised that a real user visited the conference to get money back. She gave me her personal email. I got a response: no refund, you used VPN (I used real EU IP where all gambling sites are blocked but bc.game is available), your account is closed.

I propose to all bc.game's victims to unite efforts.

My video review about Stake's scam on YouTube now ~ 10000 views.

We need to make our cases public, press releases, media etc.

Damn, that's tough. But I salute you for going to the event in person and calling them out for what they are doing. By the way, about VPN, when I had an issue with my original IP my VIP host advised me to use a VPN. So there is that. I didn't use it because at some time my IP worked again after they made a new mirror site because the original one blocked Japanese IPs, but reading now that VPN is such a big issue, and I am getting told to use a VPN, is kinda ridiculous.

I am surprised to see thatbthe VIP host of you advised you to use VPN while there is too many problem.of using vpn and for using vpn they may lock fund even they may disable account. In the case I think the vip host tried to misguide the user of the site.

One thing we should know that casino are more powerful and strict with their rules in their ToS and even though they a VIP host advised to use VPN have you crossed check on their Terms to know whether truly they didn't include it on their document if using vpn is not allowed or is allowed with this you can hold a solid and strong prove to them.
However, we should understand that casino aren't that friendly with using VPN even though a representative advise you to use it it would have been Ideal you didn't even engaged yourself with vpn.

While the legal pursuit in different jurisdictions is ongoing, I wanted to share some update with others.

After going through report made by bankruptcy trustee, I found ex Legal Counsel named Jeff Ha from Hong Kong, and reached out him directly. Below you will see that BC.game also owes him money, and considering he departed in June, I can with utmost certainty say they are full blown scam operation.

Based on everything I saw, it appears that there is little to no chances of me retrieving my money, but I won't stop until these mfers end their operation.

OP, I currently don't have time to watch your YouTube videos, or checking and reading all of your other evidences. I'll do that later when I have more free time at hand. But for the time being, mind to shoot me your UID so I can ask my contact about what exactly happening?

35865086 and these videos are not mine to be honest, but that guy helping me.

Is this the guy helping you?

Hope not because he's full of shit. Is he charging you for his "service" by any chance?

He is helping me, but not charging for anything. I promised him % but considering I won't see any dime, he won't be either.

While there were not much news (other than various legal pursuits), we've also been able to identify that Blockdance B.V. and Small House B.V. were in fact owned by same person, as we previously speculated.

We're now working as well with LE considering we also got passport information of the owner in order to get his scummy ass behind bars.

The support doesn't matter. It's just confusing for people. Just make 1 flag, plain and simple. The support doesn't have to have warning signs attached to it when then more import one has. So, what I would do, delete/close the one unnecessary flag and maybe this will help your case. Anyway, I supported the main one cause what BC does here is beyond excusable.

they won't because their Curacao law firm (OX Wolf) advised them "it's not their battle anymore, but trustee's".

We will see whose battle it is. Thanks for the support!

@AHOYBRAUSE

Yeah, the point is (as you might've noticed) they're popping with new accounts every other day, and it's pretty much a "breeze" for them to start new thread, advertised as "they're being sold" (which they never did) and continue with business.

Apart from that, their new ventures (96.com, 87.com, u.game and many others are still popping out fresh to this date. We've went through License register and all the brands, and most of them are being spinoffs of BC.game script, so unless they're using premade (which is not the case), all those casinos are theirs.

Funny enough, some guy named "Martin" replied few days ago to my Trustpilot review.

Interestingly, they are yet to defend their claims of "self-referral" and show any tangible proof that I was in fact "self-referring".

I've asked them for that proof through e-mails, through legal channels, here on BitcoinTalk, yet they're not willing to cooperate. Funnily enough, mediators are able to see that evidence immediately, yet me, a victim, not?

Right.

How come you never provided evidence in court and avoided bankruptcy in first place? @bctokenbot

It's kind of a case of somebody forgetting their previous lie and then just making up a new one to justify what's going on.

I mean didn't they go from "user with same information is already recorded" (which basically means multi accounting) to "engaging in prohibited techniques"and now to self referral?

Seems like this case never finds an end. As long as OP is ok with it there is no issue at all providing evidence publically I would say. But that's just me.

Unfortunately nah. My case from a very beginning was multi-accounting and self referral.

Although I cannot refute the "multi-accounting" part due to their system being set up the way it was and it allowed me to create new account, I never used that account and even informed them about that account being created, so multi-accounting part doesn't sit there.

Now self-referral part is where they are strongly refusing my payout, because apparently I self-referred myself, which is quite NOT TRUE. I never had second account created on BCgame other than above mentioned nor I tried to abuse their system in any way in order to get the additional bonuses.

I won't be stopping anytime soon with sharing as much information as I can, and when I see no end to this, I'll just become a "criminal" like them and start with sharing PII that I received from some anonymous fella, but that's going to be VERY LAST resort, once I see they're not willing to reimburse me.

I'm still fine with settling on this case and closing this chapter of my life simply because I have liabilities to cover from my personal case, so I've let them know that part very much every single time I reached out to them.

Ball is in their hands.

Can you please confirm that all those brands really are derivated from bcgame original company? Please if you can share the confirmation from the license registrar if any? Also if you can share other domains belonging to them.

I can find 96.com has an official representation in bitcointalk with an ANN thread published long before your legal dispute against bcgame. They also have lunched a signature campaign last January 2025
