Unless I am not informed of some recent stuff, they're alleging on "paper" sale agreement which happened in April or May 2025, that was only attempt to avoid paying legitimate claims pursued through court.

You should be able to seek some support. There have to be organisations that offer support to people that are in difficulty, can you reach out to at least one of them? You might feel better if you have the opportunity to talk to someone from a professional support group.

Whatever you do, stay positive. Do not feel sad, do not feel down. I know it is impossible to understand what you are going through but it is important that you do not give up.

Though I don't want to open OP's wound on this matter, and in no way I am trying to defend BC, but... was there actually ever a court verdict in OP's favor? Sorry for asking, I haven't really followed the case and kinda "delete" them from my memory after my unpleasant encounter with OP.

Now that I think [though just a maybe and it's too soon to conclude] BC will kick bctokenbot's ass and someone slap some sense into the spearhead and restore their bridge with me, I'd like to explore the real nature of OP's case, given BC was flagged for this, if I am not wrong.

The OP locked the thread therefore I was unable to post a reply. It seems as though he was very happy you guided him towards the embassy in order to seek help. I certainly hope he begins to have a stronger mindset and does not feel as though he has no chance of success against BC Game just because they have mistreated him.

I could be wrong but BC Game seem to have no intention of resolving this issue. The OP created this thread in May 2025 yet here we are over a year later and there is no resolution (nor is there any indication that BC Game or their forum representative bctokenbot are even interested in the OP).

In regards to court ruling, trustee representing BCgame subsidiaries in Curacao confirmed our claims but due to no funding available for their expenses and in general no assets to be liquidated, we are not getting shit. None of us.

Now Cyprus side is same as Curacao as lawyer has been informed, no assets and bogus "payment provider" contract which does not cover crypto assets at all.

Belize on the other hand is going against Twocent Technologies due to hundreds of claims received, but I am pretty sure they will just announce another "sale" to new entity and do it over and over again.

In regards to me receiving any settlement offer (@get-paid.com), the closest I've ever been to settlement offer was with @holydarkness, but even that failed since I was impatient at that time
due to situation.

I was perfectly clear that at this stage I would have accepted my deposits as settlement (cca $70k) and would close matter this for life even though it's nowhere near close to what would actually make my life easier and help me close my personal matters fully, but at least I would've given an opportunity to reunite with my family.

I just don't know what to do.

Talking with them is difficult because they're always busy and sitting with them [with that, I mean chatting intensely and discussing things uninterruptedly for more than minutes], but we're trying to revive the old system where they assign me an army of multi-division people.

I'll try to get that number, 70,000 USD as final [re]offer for settlement from your side to close everything. But please wait, we're still on shaky ground and I still haven't get any structure with anyone on BC to establish a bridge.

If that too failed, I'll try another way to get you home, that's the priority right now, human to human. Don't give up just yet, you have seen how much I pour into your case [blood transfusion and still talking simultaneously to several contacts and you, going back to mediation once epidural wore off and I am allowed to move], you should already have an imagination what I'll do when I set my eyes on something. I have been encouraging the OP to remain focused and positive but I think it is a perfectly legitimate request to see evidence of the OP currently being in Europe.

Not only that, I am not the only one that has concluded there are huge parts of the story that do not make any sense whatsoever including how he travelled the world and then ended up in Bosnia (as he stated in the thread he has now locked) because he was being paid to travel and stay there by a complete stranger.

My intuitions tell me there is something wrong about this situation from how the OP has become very good at typing English yet in the email he was having problems writing one simple line. Then the whole Indonesia jail and subsequent travelling the world and then ending up in Bosnia situation is very difficult to comprehend.

Keeping that aside, if the OP is being entirely honest I hope he receives all of his money. As he already acknowledged his is the case that effectively bankrupted BC Game in Curacao then the chances of them paying anything to the person they hold responsible for their problems is virtually zero.

If BC Game were going to pay him anything, they would have paid by now. I suspect they will pay nothing to him as he is (allegedly) the one that took them to court in Curacao and left them bankrupt, forcing them to move to another jurisdiction for their casino licence.

Moderators of this forum could check my IP and confirm that carrier is indeed Bosnian as well as IP and nearly(close) my location position to my IP address.

If you need another identity proof or me taking a picture somewhere where it is Bosnian-written, I'd be happy to do so.




Anyways, as I told after the fact that although I did attack you, I never intended to be that personal. You need to understand that I'm fighting to get my life back on in any possible way and BCgame screwed mine pretty bad. I already explained everyone publicly even to BCgame I never intended to do any harm or anything to abuse their system, and as explained, I did not (except the part of double account by accident) to the best of my knowledge.

Once again thank you for attempting to mediate this, I really don't know what else to say. I got another bad update from my family back (which I'll leave it personal for now), which is tearing me up to the point that I really don't know what to do else.

Last, my intention was never to smear you directly but was trying to make a point that anything you've seen against me is, to the best of my knowledge, falsified.

Not sure whether you've read the story, but lets do it once again, because one of the members (will tag him once I finish writing this. EDIT: it was @nutildah) has actually made a perfectly valid point: I've been approached by person known as Spyds (a very bad person) to help me mediate the case (as he was doing that back in time through X for several people, even involving resolution of multi-million dollar case with Gamdom) and he's been drilling me (much as holy did in this thread) about the case, which I've been trying to prove to him that I did nothing wrong (bad English back then was a blockade to make my explanation perfect). After which, he offered me two things: due to my situation, he was willing to provide me a flight to Croatia and place to stay in his private residence there, but eventually said it's better if I settle in Bosnia (reason being because they're not that harsh on immigrants if they overstay and so on), he would cover the all the expenses (including legal fees, which there were none) and in return, I'll give him 20% of full sum once we win it in court (full sum).

At the very beginning, his intentions were seem to be honest and I took his word upon, moved back to Bosnia, got small apartment paid for, "allowance" and my fees were really covered for the first two months. Then it began to crumble down: my case was getting nowhere, he started believing I actually made a mistake and he just started tantrum against me. Fast forward, he stopped paying rent bill, started threatening me and started asking me to start paying him back 20%, which was not part of agreement (we never had any signed one though). Then he thrown at me fake legal bills to be paid, pushed me down (not literally, as we never met) to start giving him money back and attacking me, to the point where I blocked him and he did same tantrum to the lawyer (Roelof Bijkerk) and started making a mess in bankruptcy case (sending some fabricated stuff to BC Game lawyers, to the appointed trustee, to the Bar of Curacao). Then he vanished.


From that point onwards, I was left with nothing, but I was able to cover living expenses for some years by doing some freelance work online, $1k/mo which was enough to stay afloat. Fast forward to 2026 (lately, as I've re-appeared in public), I can't find a job, moving back and forth in Bosnia doing stuff for a place to stay and barely get any money for a food. I've had a luck and one woman accepted me for some time, but her family was not that happy and was also had to leave them.


EDIT: found the post on X where this guy (Spyds) actually assisted guy in getting his case resolved and was credited for it, which was turning point for me.

Damn bro. The story that follows is straight nuts. I really had no idea just how connected to this person you were. He seems intelligent and industrious. It's a shame he's putting his talents to use in negative ways... ways that basically leave the planet a worse place than they found it.

I don't know how to help as far as your case is concerned, but try to remember what happens online is almost meaningless compared to what happens in your real physical life, which is far more important. Take care of your own health first, worry about your family second and everything else is a distant third.
