Going for the favorite is the best option since you have a better chance in wining the game rather than picking the underdogs.  Though in some cases the underdogs tends to outperform the favorite team who statistics made a bit obvious that they are to win the game. That's one incredible thing about gamble,  the fact that you cannot always know the outcome of a game make it more interesting, and mind you no two meetings can ever be thesame even if it was thesame players, their energy and tactics do change and that would definitely determine the overall result of the game. But the most important  things about gambling is the risk management strategy you employ.

If I were to go through all of my bets, they're mostly with lower odds. It could mean I'm usually with favorites. But it may not necessarily be the case because I usually go with handicaps rather than moneyline. If the moneyline odds are fairly high, say, 2.10 or even 1.95, I can do away with it and prefer to go down a little lower to be a bit safer. A +3.5 with 1.80 or 1.75 odds will do for me.

Other than this, I probably stick with my team regardless of whether they're favorite or underdog. I'll just adjust my bets accordingly.

For those who want to secure their gains even tho its a small odds people would like to prefer to make a bet with their favorite teams. But on the other hand we know that the underdogs has a higher odds and few of the players are willing to take a risk on this because possible outcome of the game when in terms of sports betting anything can happen just one mistake it can make the table turns, base on my experience everytime they make a team player change and team management changes that's the time they make changes for the whole team and the game so underdogs has a chance to win, I do this underdog few times but didn't have a enough luck to win just I guess hit 2x wins.

That's something we must consider before starting our gamble journey. No matter how small the odds is or how promising the game is in favoring the team with the best form, the win result is still not certain, sometimes the last 5 minutes before the closure of the game could be the unexpected turn around/comeback. That is why there's no certainty in gamble, even the unexpected happens which make prediction a lot more difficult, however I prefer going for the favorite team than going for huge odds because I stand a better chance in wining smaller odds than betting on lower probability odds.

Instead of contemplating on the one to choose just go with both of them. sometimes the underdogs turns out to be what gives us our wins, you can split your bet into two, one on the favorite while the other one should be on the underdogs. But you must always be smart about it, going with the underdogs can be very risky so always ensure that you stake low. Winning a bet isn't dependent on the odd.

While we are in the playoffs, it is too difficult to tell which team is the underdog unless one of their star players is injured. I don't even rely on the odds. Instead, I'll go with my gut. And the only thing we need to win is luck because even favorite teams are still uncertain of winning.

In short, the game is unpredictable, but that’s not really a big deal for us, because our goal is long-term profit.

I’m talking about gamblers who actually want to be profitable in sports betting. not just bet for fun. One way we might do it is by betting on the moneyline.

You can't expect people to just pick a side because it actually depends.
If I tell you "underdogs", it can't be in every situation, and if I say favourites, it still can't be in every situation.
There are times when I decide to bet on the underdogs, and it worked out for me, while other times I chose the favourites. 
There are a couple of things to look at when picking the favourites or the underdogs, you don't do so simply because "you bet on underdogs". We can look at the current form, the way they play, and the ability of individual players (in a team sport).
I love big odds, and that is why I love betting on underdogs, but that doesn't mean Ill go about betting in any underdog without analysing it properly first.

This makes me remember some times that I just go for highly risky bets with 2 or 3 matches that can give 20 or up to 120 odds. But after going for the underdogs, making the parley short, I will still lose at the end of the day. Among all the underdogs bet that I have gone for before, I have not won any before expect just one when Liverpool was playing rubbish some seasons again in EPL. It has always been of more losses for me.

When it comes to my none favorite team, I really like betting on the underdogs, it brings more excitement than the favorites for several reason.

1.  If I bet on the underdog, I am going against the public, that sure gives me a bragging right if ever my bet wins, the line.. "I told you..." stuff feels fulfilling especially when I bet against my friends  . Just teasing them out of their wits, lol.
2.  The thought of winning an amount multiple times greater than the favorite is also another reason that keeps betting on the underdogs more exciting.
3.  And the thought of a small chance of winning sure keeps the adrenaline pumping especially when their score are neck to neck.

It's a decent way of betting through the teams and games that we know of and aware of what they can do. Because if someone is going to rely mostly with the odds without having proper knowledge of how the team or players of it perform, it's literally a huge gamble that bettor has to make. But, if we're careful enough and we look mostly at those favorable odds that are acceptable based on our thoughts like the ones that you've mentioned, that is the reason why I am mostly bet with the favorites too and if some opportunity that I think it's decent to go with underdogs, we take them as well.

The most exciting betting for me when it comesto  boxing, MMA, etc. It is the favorite, but not in every situation, and that's why it is good to always consider the chance the underdogs have to win the fight. Besides, this is something that happens in boxing lately where the underdog did something unexpected, and this is a lesson I learned the hard way through Anthony Joshua and Usyk fight.

I may agree with you, because in boxing you no exactly the strength of the person that's going to fight another person, so if you predict on such you might get it accurately, so I believe that anyone who watches boxing always will know that the strength of the two parties, the predictions of boxing is more visible to see than the predictions of soccer game, in soccer game, players may perform very well this season and in next season they might not perform as expected, because of Change or selling of players to another club, so I prefer boxing predictions because we watch and know the strength of the boxer

Yes, predicting a boxing fight is more visible as a game based on the strength of the two parties (fighters), but that doesn't make boxing an easy bet to win.
If you remember, I said I learned a lesson through the Anthony Joshua and Usyk fight, and something happened to his (Usyk's) against Tyson Fury because I never considered his strength to outperform both Joshua and Fury.
You said, in football, the team that did well last season may be a worse team this season. I believe the same thing applies in boxing, and this could happen through the changing of trainers, coaches, etc.

When it comes to my none favorite team, I really like betting on the underdogs, it brings more excitement than the favorites for several reason.

I feel the same way! Betting on the underdog hits different.

Aside from the bigger reward, it doesn’t hurt as much when they lose because we already knew they weren’t the favorites. So it’s easier to move on.

But when they do win? Man, that satisfaction is next-level! You get to say, “I saw the value, I trusted my gut, and I cashed in big.”

I do not bet on underdogs because it is full of many failures and lost bets but their odds are big. I do not have good results on both strong teams and underdogs in the past which makes me know that the bookies know what they are doing with the odds that they are setting. I win more with going for the right selection which are stronger teams but if I bet more often, the bookies make more money from me. I lose more while going for underdogs.

Many remarks on betting on the underdogs are mostly not corresponding with any of the strategies used.Meanwhile, betting on the underdog can only be profitable when you strategically identify the differences involved since most underdogs are mostly bound to losing.Popularly Betting on the underdogs could be risky but if you can match up then it's okay.

Today, Chelsea has won the Europa Conference League. Clearly in my estimation, they were the favourites to win the tournament and if I had made a moneyline bet, it would straight up be on Chelsea. The profit from the winnings will be small compared to if my bet was on Real Betis but in this situation, I would rather be safe and be sure of my wins that try to risk it all and lose it all.

That’s a great mentality..  hitting those high odds is what really gives us that thrill and satisfaction.
however, betting on favorites makes sense if you’re going for consistency or have a big bankroll and a long-term plan.

But for us regular gamblers? Catching a juicy +600 or higher? That feels like winning the lottery,.. Especially if you’ve got a good eye for spotting undervalued underdogs. That’s where the fun and bragging rights really are.
