I must admit, after dealing with BC.Game for over two months, I am not surprised to find this thread.

On June 19, 2025, I set a $60 daily loss limit at BC.Game with a balance of $1,560. The site confirmed limits would take effect immediately. The tool failed, and I lost over $1,500.

My Casino Guru complaint includes extensive evidence, including support chat records and screenshots from the day of the incident, proving the limit was activated on June 19.

BC.Game has engaged in dishonesty unlike anything I have ever seen in business, falsely claiming the limit was set on June 26 and ignoring clear evidence. For two months, they have refused to cooperate in good faith with the Casino Guru complaint.

On August 15, support agent Turus admitted the loss limit tool is defective and that developers had already received an optimization request. Even with this admission, BC.Game continues to deny responsibility and spread false narratives.

This conduct reflects BC.Game’s history of misconduct, including being declared bankrupt in Curaçao in 2024 after failing to pay millions in winnings and losing its UK gambling license.

Their tactics include:
• Ignoring complaints for months
• Flagging truthful Trustpilot reviews as defamatory
• Closing tickets unilaterally while withholding evidence

I am preparing to issue a press release to major industry outlets (iGB, Gambling Insider, Casino.org, EGR Global, Gambling News, iGaming Expert).

I will also be notifying BC.Game’s sponsorship partners and brand ambassadors (O’Higgins FC, Jason Derulo, Colby Covington, Miami Pickleball Club) of their irresponsible and dishonest conduct.

Hey, I get it you want word out and want to do everything you can to try to get reimbursed for what you deem to be faulty coding or outright incompetence, but please stop posting the same message everywhere. You have now posted this same message in 3 spots when you only needed to post it in 1 spot which was your scam accusation.

Unfortunately, both of these members make a lot of money from bc.game. I doubt (even with irrefutable proof) that you'll get any kind of admission from them, or anyone on this forum who associates with them.

I have given up on the fight against the bc.game/gambling conglomerate for now and it has completely turned me off being active on this forum, not just because it has corrupted so many (which was becoming more and more sickening each day I was online), but also as it excluded me from any incentive from being on the forum, even as a legendary member - all because I spoke out against corruption, the people who are likely to be involved in it/indirectly propagating it through neglect or intentional/unintentional silence, and refused to post in favor of gambling establishments.

It's clear that bc.game have such a tight grip on this forum and its members, and that they will continue to get away with their countless acts of fraud for as long as authorities in and outside of this forum let them...which unfortunately, could be a long time, considering that the power of crypto casinos is clearly way beyond what any regulator can currently control.

I hope you find a way to get justice @gh0573d. I wish you luck and support, and will stop in to see progress every once in a while.

Increasing numbers of "Bonus abuse" claims has been brought to BitcoinTalk recently, one of the recent:

And they're further curious with the fact that at least four were issued, one weekly. I guess it shouldn't happen to someone who only deposited once, back in April, and never more. With your also-above-quoted explanation [well, actually I've appealed to this from far before we discuss above matter], I ask for their reconsideration, that it might be a glitch in their bonus department or email department or whichever department sending those email. While there were not much news (other than various legal pursuits), we've also been able to identify that Blockdance B.V. and Small House B.V. were in fact owned by same person, as we previously speculated.

We're now working as well with LE considering we also got passport information of the owner in order to get his scummy ass behind bars.

What exactly is the above image supposed to prove? If a connection can be linked, what is the end game here? Is this a much bigger plan to work alongside other (alleged) victims to bring a class action against them or is it just you working on your own in the hope you can win a court case?

There is a fictitious Sales and Purchase Agreement between Blockdane BV and Smallhouse BV whereas above mentioned individual (FengQi Ling) apparently sold BC.game to another individual. Above documents show that same individual was actually owner of that Small House BV (or UBO - ultimate beneficial owner) showing that BC.game in fact was never sold just switched entities to avoid paying claims.

As in regards we're working with numerous of victims hunting all entities behind Fenice Tech, Twocent Technologies and other entities and individuals behind BC.game. Apart from that, I've also took personal hunt to expose these scums to wider audience and law enforcement, hoping they'll be apprehended and brought to justice.

I've already figured there won't be any pay from them, but at least getting them accountable for their actions is something I could still do.

As I recall Martin (@bctokenbot), BC.game has been declared by Curacao and operates under bogus Anjouan license, so stop lying to people.

I checked their website, they have a seal from the "Offshore Finance Authority of The State of Anjouan", there is no mention of Curacao.

If BC Game are sending emails to people claiming they are operating under a Curacao eGaming Licence then that is nothing less than deceiving people. It has been common knowledge that since their licence was revoked by the authorities in Curacao, they have been licenced by the Anjouan authorities.

What possible reason or motive could BC Game have for lying about their licence?

As I said I have no issues with you personally at any point, it's just that you've been manipulated same way as many other players were (including me) into seeing fabricated evidence (pardon, many players never seen any evidence, only mediators did, including me). I don't want to go into details about it, but I'd politely ask you to take a look at all BCG complaints you did and % of resolved issues (in player's favor, except Indian delay issues) vs those in favor on BCG based on the evidence only you were able to see (especially since the end of 2024).

Once again, even if I'm sometimes getting aggressive towards you, don't take it personal. I still (to this day) appreciate what you've tried to do for this community and me, although I'm fairly certain that BCG (and probably one or two other malicious operators) have been feeding you with BS for a some time.

Not sure why you're kissing this guys ass, he is clearly a paid pawn of theirs. He is not being manipulated...either very highly in denial or a part of the criminal circle himself...to say he is manipulated and blind is a very large benefit of the doubt you're throwing him.

And by that statement alone, it perfectly depict that you don't fully understand the forum rules and how the forum works, nor really paying attention to this case because if you do, you'll understand two things:

1. Posts was removed because it contain a very sensitive information, doxxing someone, and --due to its nature-- it can only be posted in one very specific sub-board in this forum.
2. I explained that, and why the posts have to be reported and removed, literally in the post you quoted and OP simply thanking me for explaining that to him. I don't feel any lips kising my pristine ass.

And, you don't really need to save the info.
