That is good reason to teach about Bitcoin and crypto in schools, because you can clearly see huge effect of Bitcoin on world and surprising lack of knowledge of general public. You are correct that bitcoin has gone very popular in past few years and most people are still unaware of what it is, and since you stress that Bitcoin has helped millions of people to come out of being poor, you feel that schools should be able to give this knowledge to youth as one of most important skills in life. Point is that schools are meant to get students ready for modern world, and thus they must teach basics of crypto to make sure that students know knowledge they need to handle future economy, although they may not provide exact investment advice.

Till now, The educational curriculum in my country has not mentioned anything concerning cryptocurrency. And I believed because the persons in the system are not cryptocurrency oriented. And that can only happen when the people who are Bitcoin oriented join the government then many things would change. Introducing Bitcoin in the educational system is one of the best approach to capture the young generation to know Bitcoin and cryptocurrency easily.
Many people are struggling to know the basic in Bitcoin but if it was taught in schools, it would be easier for some young people to know.
Many countries don't have the leaders that have no idea of what Bitcoin is and what is crypto is all about. Probably they have heard of it but they are not going too deep about it because their focus and welfare is different from what Bitcoin is all about. While it's a good way to add it to the curriculum of the education of the new breeds. It has to go with a lot of process for the education ministry of each country or the teachers can simply insert it somehow with their talks or discussions indirectly.

Politicians often dont know the use of bitcoin, for them it is still limited to the "criminal ransomware money" that is used to fund terrorism and sadly without government support bitcoin's growth will be limited and slow. While it's a good way to add it to the curriculum of the education of the new breeds. I think cybersecurity and financial literacy are essential in the upcoming days. It has to go with a lot of process for the education ministry of each country or the teachers can simply insert it somehow with their talks or discussions indirectly. Which is again the decision from the government and if they are not lenient about bitcoin, it will not spread. Rather it is easier to teach your kids about these topics yourself, similar to sex education.

I support the idea that it would be convenient to introduce Bitcoin and some basic crypto knowledge in schools as the digital economy continues to grow. Most of the youths deal with technology on a daily basis but they practically do not know anything about the functioning or importance of Bitcoin. Nevertheless, the idea should not be to drive investment, but to educate on the basics such as blockchain, digital security, financial responsibility and the importance of decentralized systems. Such skills are entering the contemporary world and students should be ready with them. Although Bitcoin may not be taught as a money-making opportunity, providing the students with the right background will enable them to make knowledgeable decisions in the future rather than the ones based on hearsay or hype.

Rather it is easier to teach your kids about these topics yourself, similar to sex education. We're going to be more patient if it's with our kids. If by a chance a teacher who's a bitcoin holder, they could have some talk about it then while discussing some topics related to economy and finances.

. Hence, I think schools should put Bitcoin knowledge into their scheme because, Bitcoin has helped millions out of poverty and is still doing so. Hence, these educational institutions should look for a way to intimate the young growing ones on the need to invest in Bitcoin. The school is a place to be educated on the most recent happenings and how to get yourself with the need knowledge to avoid poverty.
Hence, educational institutions should take the responsibility to see that out younger generation know Bitcoin and how to invest in crypto currency.
I guess this was what we needed to do first than going for the fake promises of Bitcoin reserve. The society need orientation and understanding of Bitcoin but that's not possible unless there is a government approval. You can't spread what the government says it's illegal or not recognize in the society. One of the best way to capture the government is through education, if the people understands Bitcoin and want Bitcoin then the government will be force to accept it as legal tender. Perhaps in the few years to come, there is going to be more understanding of Bitcoin. The world itself used to be dark but independency came for every country and are all set free to live independently, Bitcoin will be accepted and it's going to be naturally, government can never be the same as changes must always occur. Biden never said anything about Bitcoin, Trump said but he lied, maybe the next president will use it who knows.

We may be saying that Bitcoin should be included in education, but it remains to be seen how much attention it will attract from the education ministers of the countries where Bitcoin is to be included in the education system. Maybe general knowledge can be included in the syllabus, but it is not possible to discuss in detail potential knowledge such as how Bitcoin works, the mining process, the importance of Bitcoin in the future, etc.
However, if a country's education system and government are willing to educate their young generation in detail about Bitcoin, then it is only possible. But it does not seem that all these far-reaching measures will be easily incorporated into any country's education system.

Bitcoin and its technology are good, but making it a core subject is not necessary at the moment. I think what is most important right now is moral education. I see that many students today lack the morality to respect their elders. The technology behind Blockchain is actually already being taught through mathematics education and this continues. So I think Blockchain education should start being introduced more specifically at the university level or at least in high school.

What big impact does Bitcoin have on the world and the world economy? Which country or millions of people has Bitcoin helped lift out of poverty? Do you and OP have any evidence for what you say? Bitcoin does not create jobs, does not create real productive value, how can it help improve the economy, help people escape poverty? Introducing Bitcoin into education is a bad idea because it is essentially just a speculative investment tool. Introducing investment in highly volatile assets into education does nothing for students. It even encourages a gambling mindset, making them believe that they can get rich just by being lucky or taking risks.

Most Bitcointalk forum members learned Bitcoin on their own, without going through the school process. The results are as you can see. Almost all forum members (except Newbies) already understand the concept and purpose of Bitcoin. Some schools may have already included Bitcoin-related curriculum and offered cryptography courses at different times, but it is not uncommon for people to start learning about Bitcoin independently or through guidance from close friends. Now that the digital era has dominated, anyone can learn about Bitcoin anywhere and anytime, it is not uncommon for some of them to learn about Bitcoin through videos watched on YouTube and increase their understanding on the Bitcointalk forum.

Ethics is a must, because if a person is talented but lacks ethics, they can easily become harmful to society. So I support the idea instead of adding bitcoin to the education program, it does not bring any benefits at all. The education sector needs to focus on and strengthen moral education and personality building for students. Furthermore, the world is evolving and moving into the digital age where technology is the core driving force behind the development of nations and humanity. Therefore, the education sector should add subjects such as financial education and technology programming to prepare for the future. Bitcoin is not the future, it is just the result of technological development and technological development is the future.

You also need to state the school categories more clearly because for lower secondary schools it is not recommended for children to think about how to make money because they are afraid it will make them no longer focus on education and in my opinion at a certain age it is better for them to learn about their identity. Now there are many universities that provide cryptography courses and perhaps not only limited to bitcoin so that their thinking can be broader in reaching this knowledge. School is not a place to educate someone to earn money directly because that is not the aim of formal education at school, but school is a place to educate people in an effort to gain knowledge. How can someone be more independent after leaving education and generally this is formed because they have been prepared with the skills and abilities they have so that in their next life they have the provisions that they will take with them when entering a job to make money.

Bitcoin, coupled with other financial knowledge, is an important knowledge for students to know, because it is the latest technology that can change the way we make payments and sufficient financial knowledge allows students to be informed in managing personal finances or in investing in various instruments.
But we realize that the education system we currently have, designed by the government, is outdated, and is actually not very relevant to what exists today. Even if you look at the many educational institutions that exist, there are still very few that offer a curriculum related to Bitcoin and adequate financial knowledge. So it is not surprising that many young people do not really understand what Bitcoin is and various other financial knowledge, because they do not have access to adequate information on this matter, even though it is important knowledge if they are able to understand it.

I will agree with you here learning about investing in risky assets (because it is personal choice) in school is not good idea that promotes mindset of gambling, but I said that "they may not provide exact investment advice." And I was saying that education should focus on idea of Crypto Literacy technology and its risks instead. But, argument that Bitcoin helps people is proven since it is new kind of financial technology as it solves global issues. BTC helps people in countries with hyperinflation to save their wealth by giving a steady store of value, and BTC helps people in countries where banks help people send money home cheaper and faster. Also, Bitcoin creates economic value by starting new digital area that makes millions of good paying jobs around world and builds trust system of new financial services. To sum up, big effect of Bitcoin does not lie in construction of factories, but in fixing of broken money systems, giving people with access to money and new international industry.

Of course. Bitcoin should be included in the curriculum to make children aware of it. In El Salvador, the process of including Bitcoin from the primary level is underway and some educational institutions have already started teaching it.
Although there is no widespread global adoption, an indirect adoption has started several years ago, as a result of which we can see that Bitcoin has now become a store of value. Governments of various countries are afraid of Bitcoin alternative financial system because they cannot control it themselves. But a number of individual investors around the world have chosen Bitcoin as an alternative asset and they are regularly accumulating Bitcoin.
Just as centralized fiat and financial systems are seriously studied in various countries, if emphasis is given to the study of Bitcoin as a decentralized asset to introduce children to it, this asset will be even richer and become an important hedge with the fiat financial system through the development of alternative financial systems.

They saw the potential of building their economy with the help of Bitcoin and embraced it and now they've inculcate the knowledge of Bitcoin into their educational so citizens would benefit from it too, it makes lots of sense and I think other developing countries should emulate it too cause Bitcoin is capable of providing financial freedom in the future. It's good for people to be thought to manage their finance and add more value to their money at a tender age so when they're of age and ready to invest in their future through the help of Bitcoin they'll be very prepared since they've got knowledge about Bitcoin to an extent, it comes with many benefits and i love the idea, I really wish my country would emulate such too.

Did Bitcoin help millions to get out of poverty? Do we have any stat to prove that number?
Bitcoin helped people to become millionaires and some might even there in the poor section but I doubt poor people invested in bitcoin in their early days and years passed bitcoin became expensive and it become not affordable for them.

Someone who is poor will not have access to electronic devices or even the internet, so I don't understand how the poor could get into Bitcoin early and then manage to become rich because of its growth. Someone who has access to all these things cannot be called poor, but maybe they are just not rich. Bitcoin or cryptocurrencies aren't ways for the poor to become rich or have better sources of income, because trading and investments are not things that can be done easily or by anyone; someone with no proper understanding of these things cannot gain success in such things. Hence, those who say that Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies can help people have better economies or financial conditions, or it can help those who are unemployed to have a source of income, because Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies are just another form of money, and money can't be gained without work, and the work that is required to gain cryptocurrencies starts with money, so only those who already have money have the possibility of making money from cryptocurrencies.

Everyone had access to the internet in 2008 too, maybe they didn't have their own device but definitely they could have used one of the internet cafe that is very cheap. But today even homeless people have smartphones but they can't think about investing or getting rich unless they work on themselves and get a bsic life needed for their survival.

I disagree with you because if Bitcoin is taught in schools, then of course most of the children of the current generation will not pay attention to education, but they will go towards Bitcoin. However, we know that Bitcoin can give financial freedom, so we should not teach this to young children, but rather it would be reasonable to teach it after they become adults. If such a project is conducted in schools to make the young generation gain knowledge about Bitcoin in advance, then they will never try to gain knowledge about all other subjects. Rather, at some point, it will be seen that the literacy rate has decreased in most parts of the world, so I think Bitcoin should not be taught in schools. However, when a young generation becomes an adult, it is enough for him to be taught about Bitcoin. An adult can understand and know about Bitcoin very easily, so there is no need to teach about Bitcoin in educational institutions.
