Hello, I registered a rollbit account a few months ago, betting on top world championships. Recently I wanted to try to make a withdrawal, but I failed, the site requested verification, which I successfully passed, but the withdrawal was not available. In the chat, they accuse me of having several accounts on this site, but I do not have any other accounts, this is my only one. Also, at that moment, I was denied access to the betting section, although I had a bet on the Nice-Brest match. The bet was made before the match and the match had not yet started when my account was blocked. The bet was $ 4,000. Last weekend, the match ended and Nice won, the account was more than $ 8,800. I wrote to support several times, wrote messages to the mail, but they ask me to transfer my other accounts, but I do not have other accounts! I am ready to go through the full required verification. The amount on my account is serious for me, I can't believe that such a big site had problems with my bet on the French championship!

Actually umm... These two above are, I believe, the response of their compliance team. It's their "blanket" closing statement, the counterpart of their "blanket" opening statement of multi-acc accusation. I've asked Razer to advise their team to revise this approach.

Regarding the answer, since it's blanket statement, we can't know for sure what's actually happened. But my money will be that it's yet  another betby fiasco. Nonetheless, let me try to find more and/or confirm. OP,  konstantin02, mind to shoot me your email that you use to reach the compliance team? I'll need that to ask Razer to investigate further.

I don’t think there is any issue with having to bet on championship, nope. It’s a game that was put up for betting and the odds aren’t some of those trying to role the money without much risk type. 1.9 for an odd is a serious bet and the amount on it is good too.
The issue here is the AML flag and Multi-Accounts. You can only hope they got those wrong but then, their policy requires your corporation at this point to go through any necessary checks and you give them time to do this too. So your best with them and stay true to yourself and the case.

What after contacting Razer and they noticed that op truly have multiple account how would you see this case?
Sorry to draw your attention, most times I don't think that casino falsefully accused someone of having multiple account on their while they says yes. We should also know that they have tools that detects whether someone is using multiple account or not..., But wait a moment, lemme ask op if he was referred by a friend who is also using rollbit? and If yes, did both of them uses same network (WiFi, LAN or same device to make his account)? And if yes, then we have to conclude that is where his/her problem is coming from. Anyway, find what is the cause as I don't really have that trust on newbies.

What does this mean? Is this the answer rollbit gave you? They didn't say if they would unblock my account? And if the problem is on betby, then why did the casino block me supposedly because I have other accounts on their site?

Well, I can't categorically say or gives final judgement over this case but I just hope that HDK should get in touch with Razer and found out what the problem with that we would know what is actually wrong, besides you made mentioned about VPN, how this shouldn't be the cause as most casinos prohibits the use of VPN to access their site except for the ones that categorically state that they permits the uses of VPN.

I was asking op if he was referred by someone or possibly if they were using, sharing same network such as; VPN, LAN or mobile network as most times all this could probably attribute to the restrictions of account if they don't really read their Terms of Service. But from the reply above by op he said of not referred by anyone neither did he uses WiFi or LAN.

What security are you talking about that make you use a VPN on a casino that can ask for your KYC verification at any time they want? It's like trying to lock your door with a thread  Grin
If you are security conscious, then do not sign in to the casino at all.

A VPN will only make you look more suspicious. Try entering any bank when you are wearing a mask and see what will happen, even if you are innocent or just trying to prank

If you are security conscious, then do not sign in to the casino at all.

Well, they didn't explain or add any point about multi-acc in their final verdict, did they?

I believe it's a template that Rollbit use to tell their players to reach their compliance team as they found issues with the account. Yes, it can and should be be better worded, I've ask Razer to consider about this, to tailor the response more personally and more specifically instead of hitting with random accusation, but I can't force him to do what I think should be done.
