Resolved - Alert duckdice promote fake deposit bonus & Violation of ToS

I claimed deposit bonus on duckdice and wagered almost 1.5kusd to increase my level and faucets, I lost the deposit bonus after wagering it till 80%, my bad.

I waited and my level was not upgraded and when I sent a message to the chat, they said wagering with deposit bonus will not help you increase your level or faucets.

and when I asked the admin he said the same as well, but in the terms and condition its written that =>1. Bets placed with your Bonus Balance are eligible for a qualified wager. So, your level will grow dramatically. =>2.Your Bonus wagering impacts a referral commission as well as ordinary wagering, the commission is calculated with usual DuckDice's House Edge. =>3. these are 4 points n their FAQs and Terms of bonuses where its clearly written in duckdice.

I sent to admin multiple times messages and he said stop accusations. and when I wrote in chat the moderators muted me for 1 week.

the admin said there are different rules on each bonus, and said when you open a bonus claim page you will see it.

But once I claim the dpeosit bonus and start wagering its not count toward level or rak back or referral or faucet.

I wager 1500$ and at the same time I busted because I didn't complete the deposit bonus wager requirement, I unlock upto 80% got over 100 loses in row at 10% wining chances, my bad, and bust it . and when I check my level it was still the same required 900$ wager to achieve duck foot, (means level 1 in total 5 levels).

Then I asked in chat about and I got respond that the deposit bonus wager is not helping you to achieve levels, its not count toward your level or faucets or rakbak.

To make your case simple, Your wager while your deposit bonus is active doesn’t count for your VIP experience which should be as per their ToS.

A support calling a bonus unlocking another is absurd since it’s a VIP privilege.

Are they scaming users in your Point of View? Or you think the Tos was just for me and was not for the entire site users?
