Gambling addiction is a normal thing that normally affect everybody, but just that the poor gamblers are likely to be affected most than the rich gamblers. Because the rich are always ready to accept any outcome without thinking about the winning, but the poor always want to win all the time because they always see gambling as a job which is while they get addicted to gambling quickly, but I don't think the poor are gambling more than the rich.

I think some of the cases for the rich fellows is even more crazy because the amount at which use in gambling and imagination or taught of saying that this particular person who was wealthy is now having big major financial issues just because of gambling is totally unbelievable and unthinkable but it happens and that's the fact. One's financial status doesn't really proclaim anyone to be an addict or not. In my opinion, it's because rich people don't chase losses like those who are poor do, and they also don't take gambling as their full time job. I know the rich also gamble, but their view on gambling won't let them get addicted. I have never seen any underprivileged person who gambles for fun. They always have big expectations on every game. The rich people don't just gamble, they calculate themselves and knowing the right time to gamble, the rich are disciplined and they apply wisdom while gambling, unlike the poor man that gets addicted because he is looking for a way to win money by all means and he /she ends up being addicted to gambling.

You lose control of your gambling behaviour and begin to act irresponsibly when gambling by chasing loss, not having a threshold any longer and all the irresponsible gambling behaviours we can bring to the list, your social status will not save you from going below under addiction. Yes, you are right. Rich people are less addicted to gambling. But poor people are more addicted to gambling. Because poor people consider gambling as their main source of income and an easy way to earn money. Which is a misconception.

But a rich person has sufficient financial resources. So they should understand that they use money in gambling that they can lose.

You are not wrong at all to say that most gambling addicts are poor people that are not even close to middle class if you say!! What a pity!
The point is very clear but also vague.
So many reasons is the lead towards gambling addiction. Frustration is a major reason which the only reasoning is luck which results from frustrations!!
About the rich, it can be still out of fun but addiction is the case. Reckless spending on gambling even when you have billions is still addiction. What do you think?

That’s right.
The only difference between the rich and the poor gambler is the difference in bankroll. The rich has a fatter bankroll than the poor, but this doesn’t in anyway shield them from addiction in anyways. In fact I think they’re the ones who even gets more addicted to gambling, since they have more money throw around, their expected also way more higher, and since they can’t just easily run out of funds, they can gamble for as long as they want, and like we already know, the more time people spend gambling and losing, the more chances they have to get addicted.

Addiction is mostly associated to those that never gamble with laws.
