I think it is way different in my perspective there are more poor people that is getting addicted to gambling since they just want more of the winning, and they want to at least have the chance to win some of the money. I will agree with you to some extent and I think the major reason and difference between the poor and the rich is responsibility, because responsibility is what keeps a rich man busy but not necessarily all rich man because some don't take or look at those responsibility especially some of those that are born with a silver and Golden spoon, some of them don't know how to take responsibility and sometimes they waste all that has been there before them because they don't know the use of it.
