I can't wait to see the Galatasaray v Juventus match.    We have one of the toughest opponents ahead from the Serie A. I just hope we catch them tired after the Inter match.

Maybe we can win against them home at least. But as for advancing to last 16, I can't be sure of my team to tell the truth. We just need to show our best effort. Not like the one we showed against Manchester City.

The UCL opens with 4 matches and one of them I might be interested in watching Benfica vs Real Madrid to see if there is any significant change that Mbappe and company can show in overcoming Benfica difficult game. The first leg shouldn't be as boring as the last encounter which saw Benfica score easily. It was a challenge for Arbeloa to break José Mourinho tactics.

Don't underestimate Juventus has downtrend performance in domestic league because playing at UEFA Champion League has high motivate and qualify to round of 16 will earn much compensation from UEFA. Indeed Juventus has bad performance last several matches in domestic league but has much experienced when playing at Champion League than Galatasaray, Victor Osimhen as favorite player for Galatasaray not really difficult stopping by Juventus defense because the player has played several season at Serie A with Napoli.
Juventus indeed playing away match has opportunity for winning the games or getting draw to make easily when second leg match, its important match for Juventus reach higher round in champion league and must defeating Galatasaray over 2 or 3 goals to get easily for second leg match when playing at home.

The good news is that there will only be four games per day, so you can watch half of them if you want. It's a shame the games are spaced out 1:3 instead of 2:2; there would have been more choice.
As for Juventus, although on paper they are big favorites (the chance of qualifying is 1.25 if I remember correctly), but to me they don’t seem like that at all, their main strength is their brand   and otherwise they are an ordinary average team.

I don't think so. Galatasaray is gonna have a tough game for sure. It's difficult for them to win this game. You get lots of optimism due to home game, but i remind you Lamina gets suspended. Lang, Sanchez and Jakobs are yellow card watch. So they have to play carefully in order to avoid getting another yellow card and miss the second leg.

It may be pushing them to play carefully. Meanwhile, after i watched Juventus vs Intermilan, juve showed a fancy gameplay. If juve played like they did against Inter, i'm doubting their chance to get advantage when they flight to the Italy.

I understand a home game has to be a victory for them, yet i doubt it's gonna happen. it's the reason i'm betting on BTTS.

There's a little improvement in Juventus this season but they're not a very tough team that Galatasaray can't beat, at this point in the Champions League it's become survival of the fittest and since Galatasary are at home, it could give them a boost to beat Juventus, it's not about being the best in Turkish league tough, the Champions League is a different tournament altogether.

 Some teams are like that, they maintain good record ar home but perform poorly in some away games, like I said earlier being at home is a big advantage in that match, i don't know what the bookies think but I feel Galatasary has more edge to win Juventus.

I see that many people are underestimating Galatasaray, on the one hand that’s understandable, on the other hand they’ve strengthened very well and have a lot of experienced players who have played in the Champions League many times. Juventus by the way are not in their best form either, they’ve been quite inconsistent. If you even compare the attacking lines of Juventus and Galatasaray, I’d probably give the edge to Galatasaray in terms of attack. But Galatasaray have a relatively weak defense that performs very inconsistently. That’s why I think they won’t lose at home, but it will be very difficult for them to win away. It’s hard for me to say who will go through, but if it were Galatasaray, I’d probably be happy.

Yes I agree with you that Galatasaray is on a level above this Juventus team because they have more quality and experience players than Juventus currently, so with the attacking prowess of Victor osimhen and icardi, they can actually put this Juventus team to the sword if they are at their best on that day.

But the game am looking forward to, which i think may be the most interesting game is the game between real madrid and benfica. We saw how their last game was in the final group stage game, so with the drama and quality Jose Mourinho brings along side with his benfica team, real madrid are definitely going to have an hell of a game if they are not in their best form.

Dortmund better wins their home game today in a convincing fashion. If they just win by one goal or even draw I think that's it for them, end of the line. Somehow I have the feeling they will not be in the position to win in Bergamo. Of coure they can surprise me, as they sometimes do, but I am so used of being disappointed, so I always expect the worst, hahaha.
Anyway, the draw of course is not THAT strong, but Italian defenses are never easy to overcome.

The two-legged match played in the play-off round is very important for both teams, Galatasaray is very fortunate that the first leg is played at their home ground, they must put all their strength into winning the first leg to make it easier for them in the second leg. Galatasaray should exploit Juventus recent weakness to score more than two goals, I think they can do it because Juventus has only managed to win once in their last five games in all competitions. However, surprises can still occur, as Atletico Madrid did when they beat Barcelona 4-0 at CDR. Galatasaray must be more careful and not underestimate their opponents because Juventus is also aiming for victory in that game.

Juventus is very unstable, and Galatasaray has a good squad. Something very interesting is that in the last three matches between these two teams, Galatasaray won two and drew one.
