I was too confident about the Real Madrid Performance and Liverpool has now humbled me. I knew Liverpool are particularly good at their home ground but considering the fate of Manchester City against Real Madrid a few years prior, I though home ground would not make much difference. But its still the league and not the knockout. I too had predicted PSG to at least draw but they lost against Bayern Munich in home.

I agree, City haven’t looked fully stable lately, and injuries have definitely affected their rhythm. Still, I think this match against Dortmund is a good chance for them to find confidence again. Playing at home should help, and with Haaland facing his former team, I expect City to push hard in attack. That's what I have been discussing with my friend earlier today, we are seeing a significant decrease of performance from Spanish teams compared to the last years where Real Madrid and Barcelone dominated the UCL for years on both terms, winning matches and Trophies.
Recently, we can see that English League is way more strong and performing well, probably due to the amount of players choosing to play in different leagues than Spanish. The golden phase of Madrid has vanished lately and it's a bit sad to be honest, we cannot forget the great football that was entertaining for our generation.

In the other hand, Bayern Munich seems like gaining back their good performance as they have beaten and dominated PSG even with 10 players only. However, in Bundesliga we don't see many strong teams, mainly Bayern Munich is in another level.
