Not only Chelsea, but Manchester United also made the same mistake.
They signed Cunha, who played for Wolverhampton last year. They could have gotten Osimhen for the same amount. His name was mentioned in the transfer window, but perhaps Osimhen didn't want to play in Manchester for less money.
