Arsenal are the No 1 title contender for bookies as far as I can see now. Of course they have started the season in a great way. It must be the best one in the recent years as well!

However isn't it still too early to speculate such things? We are only in league phase. Okay, they are looking good in the PL and CL both. But we don't know yet if they will manage to keep it balanced for the whole season.

They were great in last season's league phase too but what happened? They got eliminated in the semi finals. Better to be patient...

Its a question of what if but sincerely speaking, I can't see Arsenal beating Bayern Munich. Bayern has more experience in the Champions league and they have already won against PSG the defending champions, so facing Arsenal won’t be a threat to them.

For Arsenal, the problem is consistency. When they fail to win a match, it usually affects the next game too. They couldn’t win their last league match against Sunderland, and sometimes when they start dropping points, it continues like that.

This can be another good season for the gunners, they look prepared and complete this season, and if you rate their performance in the Champions League for the past two seasons, they tried and there is progress. The finished in quarterfinal last two season, and finished in the semifinals last season, with the preparation and the squad depth Arteta has accumulated, they deserve to play final this season.

For me as well ...and by far because Arsenal right now looks like the best team in the world and a bit above PSG and above Inter too as this two teams are 2nd and 3rd place in my personal top 3 football teams in q4 2025.

Yes , you're right. It's still way too early to actually put faith in Arsenal thinking they will win UCL , but I simply cannot see Arsenal not winning UCL or EPL this year ...and they really deserve one of it or maybe both. I also would like to see Inter winning UCL again , especially with Chivu who won it with Mourinho in 2011.

Arsenal lacking mentality to win UCL is not just made up "guess". It's based on historical truth and while they are doing alright so far, we are known to see them like this quite commonly so it is not going to be unique to see them not do that fine. I think it's clear that we are going to see them do alright soon enough, and for that reason I think it's clear that we are going to see them do fine one way or another.

If we can make that work somehow, then it's going to be fine. For that purpose, we are surely looking at something that will take a while, but not going to be that crazy for anyone. If Arsenal wins it, then it's not going to shock anyone, they are capable of winning a game or the whole thing, but it's just simply unlikely.

Historical truth can't always predict the future or at least give you a clear idea of what might happen.
Arsenal are a great team, they play like a roller coaster, for one period they are unstoppable and then for another period they play reasonably well.

I am against both opinions and I think a draw is most likely in this particular game.
First, Bayern Munich performance is outstanding and apart from their last draw in Bundesliga, they performed impressively so far and didn't lose any match.
Second, Arsenal are doing also one of their best seasons and they lost only one time after 11 rounds in Premier League.
Third, both teams didn't receive many goals. We are talking about 5 and 6 goals after 10 and 11 rounds which is quite good. The odds are just favouring Arsenal at 2.05 versus 3.3 for Bayern Munich considering they are playing home.

Bayern Munich is always reliable team with one of the best system behind them and their current performance is also giving them good advantage in all competitions, but Arsenal is also doing impressive job which is bringing their confidence level on balance things are not easy to predict about outcome of this match.

Points and goal difference are on same, but Arsenal is having 4 clean sheets out of four games which are amazing from them in this season even Bayern Munich is also doing good but due to this advantage I am expecting something different are going to happen and Arsenal can take over from them at the top of Champions League table. I agree Arsenal should be wary, although still in the League phase but with their extraordinary level of play this season in the UCL and EPL proves Arsenal seriousness to immediately open one of the championship taps. In addition, the challenger who deserves to be faced with Arsenal is Bayern Munich, coincidentally in the League phase the two will meet and become the most exciting match, especially after Bayern Munich silenced PSG in the last match. I agree with you. Arne Slot isn’t getting this team to play anywhere near its true potential.
Despite all the money spent this season, they won’t achieve any real success.
People are still hopeful because they won the league last year, but even then, their performances weren’t that impressive.
I also don’t think they’ll succeed in any cups this season.
And I completely agree about appointing English managers to English teams. I think that should definitely be a priority.

It's no wonder that many consider Arsenal to be the number one title contender due to their consistently strong performance. However, my hopes for Arsenal are very low because this team doesn't have a champion mentality yet, especially since the UCL is very different from the EPL.
Bayern Munich has been the most formidable threat this season, and Arsenal might struggle if the two meet in a match. The fewer teams remaining, the tougher the competition will be. Arsenal will need to prove themselves to change the minds of fans who have doubted their abilities, but it looks like this year will be the same as the previous ones. I don't know why people think we can not defeat Bayern. Arsenal is not that easy to defeat, so thinking that Arsenal is going to lose, I cannot wait to see the disappointment on their faces, because the way they look down on Arsenal is just annoying. The way Arsenal is maintaining things, they should stop looking at us less. they should play the game so that everyone will rest because I don't like all this anti-Arsenal, they are just waiting for Arsenal to lose, but they should not worry, they will get disappointed.
