Predictions have always gone wrong on alot of situations, expected champions end up getting out of the game even before semi finals, this has happened before and it can definitely happen again, there is really nothing there to stop if from repeating, Bayern seems to be showing alot of promise right and for their own sakes I hope the promise doesn't turn false in the process, but for right now let's just see how the game will go, and enjoy it as it progresses there is no reason for us to be in a hurry right now because there is still time.

Arsenal has a high chance of winning this match against Bayern but if you look it which side is more in form its bayern Munich, like you said they haven't lost any game this season, that shows you how formidable they are. This game is going to be very difficult to predict but if I want to really take a risky bet I would pick bayern to win, the odds are slightly against them to win but I think that they might surprise us

These are odds given by the bookmakers I don't personally believes in these odds because to me this odds are not a true reflection of what is on ground. That Arsenal is leading the likes of Bayern munich, Madrid, PSG etc as favorite going into the champions League. The bookmarks are falling into Arsenal usual trick of performing to impress. There are allot of teams that are better than Arsenal I don't believe that Arsenal is the best team going into the champions League.

Tough starts like this should have been expected, I have my favourites that don't mean I should be amongst those making an early prediction on who wins the Champions league.

Plenty of time, the Champions League competition is not dominated by clubs who dominated at the very beginning. Look at PSG losing to Newcastle last season in the group stage but went on to win the trophy.  Barcelona is a club to look at, they are hungry and desperately chasing it under Hansi Flick you know how close they came towards winning don't you.

At first I was thinking maybe Paris Saint Germain might defend the title but with the look of things it's not going to be that way as Paris Saint Germain is not being that serious like that of last season, I think Bayern Munich and Arsenal seems to be the favorite for now because they are more inform teams across Europe and if Time not taken Arteta might break that spell on Arsenal this season by lifting the UEFA Champions League title this season I just hope so, or maybe Bayern Munich can equally help Harry Kane win the trophy this season I just wish anyone of them can lift that trophy this season.

in my opinion, the new format of the champions league is better than the old one in this way. even if teams can't win the championship, they can still make it to the playoffs or finish in the top 8. there are more types of matches, and we can even see teams that didn't finish in the top 8 win the championship. i found the new format strange at first, but now i think it's quite good.

as the years go by, our thoughts on the new system will settle, but in terms of the diversity it brings to football, it's much better than the old group system.

Chelsea vs Barcelona should not be a difficult game to predict because Barcelona's poor performance at some point this season was because some of their important players were not available to feature for Barcelona in some of their matches this season because of injury. I do not think Chelsea vs Barcelona will be very difficult to predict who is going to win this match because some of Barcelona important players are back, and it was the reason Barcelona won Celta Vigo home from away easily in La Liga. I expect Barcelona to beat Chelsea home from away when they kick off their champions league game.

You may be correct but you should also know that change can happen in a matter of a second and don't forget if we are talking about the history of champions league I don't think you would mention like 6 clubs without mentioning inter Milan because they have history and history can be very powerful and if you mentioning champions league teams, inter Milan will come before Manchester city, and Arsenal so don't say it for sure because they can still turn up well in the odd hour. In the first phase of the Champions League, we can't predict the UCL champions, although we currently see Bayern Munich and Arsenal as uncertain as to whether they will win. Last season, Liverpool led the standings after qualifying for the round of 16, but they were stopped in the round of 16, failing to advance further. So, for this first phase, we'll just enjoy the competition for the top 8 and the teams that will advance through the knockout stages.

You're right to say, that we might have another chance than the teams that are above the clouds, PSG proved that last season, but that's very rare, speaking of probability, it's more likely to be the team that plays well from the beginning, so why do many people predict early about the finalists in the champions league, of course for that reason, and yes we like to talk about predictions, some people bet on the team of their choice as the finalist.
