The fact that Arsenal has faced more stronger opponents than PSG this season and won is one advantage a lot of people don't see and I believe that experience could be another determining factor in this finals between the two teams, contrary to the speculations of so many football enthusiasts that Arsenal is the underdog in this match.
 I think Arsenal have same chances as PSG and could also beat PSG within the regulation time due to Arsenal's antecedents this season.

It is very difficult to choose which team is ahead between the two teams. Because both teams are in the same form and there is a consistent position between the two teams' attacking parts. At this stage it is very difficult to say which team will win or be ahead. However, if we see PSG's ability to withstand pressure in big matches is much better than Arsenal's, in this aspect Arsenal is a little behind PSG.

We have seen several times that Arsenal get scared in the middle of a pressure match and are not able to withstand a lot of pressure, if we see Arsenal in this form in this match, then maybe this match Arsenal can lose

On my own opinion I don't think anyone of them will like to play a defensive football on that day, because if will be too dangerous to do so against anyone of them, Paris Saint Germain Attack is good enough that they can break into any defense easily despite who's there, so I will only urge them not to do so but come out to play, unless the team will want to play with counter attack, and I don't really know Arsenal to be good at that, so defending will only give the opponent a clear chance to exploit, for I know in this game anything can actually happen, because they're both desperate teams.

Arsenal played well in the group stage. We all praised their performance. But we did not see a better performance from them in the knockout round. Even after playing against relatively weak teams, they could not dominate any match.
Leverkusen, Sporting and Atletico Madrid were not weak but not very strong teams. Even then, Arsenal could not dominate and win any of these 6 matches. Even then, they were able to qualify for the final.

I really don't understand what you meant by decline in Arsenals performance,  because Arsenal has won their lost 4 match without conceding any goal in both champions league and the premier league,  so I don't know where you got your idea of decline in performance.  I really don't think PSG is better than Arsenal right now, they are just two different kind of teams. PSG is an attacking team, while Arsenal is a defensive team. I think it's a 50/50 match, the game can go either ways, so I will just sit back and enjoy the game.

Arsenal actually performed quite well in the UCL this season. In the group stage they managed to beat Munich and are also the undefeated team in the UCL so far. But I understand why Arsenal isn't favored in the final perhaps mentally many people doubt Arsenal abilities, especially since they are focused on EPL and are currently under immense pressure from Manchester City.

Furthermore PSG is favored in every way, so it's no surprise that PSG is believed to be able to win the UCL trophy. PSG game is truly smooth under Enrique from the goalkeeper to the strikers, almost everything is perfect. But in football anything can happen, so even though Arsenal are not favored, I still hope Arsenal can make history by winning their first UCL title. After all in finals, it's not always the favored team that wins the title, as Chelsea won their first UCL trophy in 2012.

I just like that they realise their problems in the previous years and tried in attending to it this season, it's trie that they played good football other years but their problem was injuries and lack of depth when injury hits the club, they suffered several injuries too this season but it wasn't something that left Arteta out of ideas since his depth this season is good enough to compete in every competition that played. Their hard work in the Champions League has taken them to the finals but that's where the bigger challenge is, they're playing against a defending Champions that seriously wants to win it again, it would be very tough for Arsenal in that finals.

The final will not be as easy as we think, even though I have that hope that PSG will win the trophy, but it will not be an easy win for them, as they will find it very hard to win without put much effort than expected. Arsenal are not an easy opponent they will also fight for the trophy, because, it have been decades since when they won a trophy, so they will not let this opportunity slip away from them. Even though PSG won Bayern Munich is was on two games which was home and away game, the final will be only one game, so it will be more like a battle than a game. Moreover Arsenal want to get double trophies to prove a point.

The chances of arsenal winning is slime but nothing is impossible in football because there have been cases that even the under dog gets the wins despite all odds pointing to the other team getting the big advantage. Arsenal is well known for their discipline in the back and am sure they can replicate that on the final day as well because PSG are going to be looking to go all out attacking as their front line is very good so it's whether are going to attack too or sit back and absorb the pressure.
