I get what you're saying but if you check very well, you'll know that different people have different financial conditions and thus, different allocations to gambling,l, that's 1. And secondly, the purpose of gambling isn't for investment, I'm sure if the gambler who bet such amount was seeking for investment options, he'd agree that Putting the money in Bitcoin would have been a more preferable option.
