I don’t think it would be better to meet them in person. Also, it wouldn’t be ChangeNOW directly just someone from their Business Development team. He will most likely tell you to contact the support or compliance team, and he probably isn’t authorized to handle frozen aml kyc matters. Their plan is just to be to advertise more and scam more users.
I’m sorry for the OP. He even created a thread in Currency Exchange. I wanted to help him about his exchange, but he said he found someone. I hope he won’t get scammed again and that everything goes smoothly on his side.
