I don’t know if I am a veteran gambler. I don’t know what that means. In my book, you become a veteran as long as you don’t go bankrupt and always have the liquidity to play. So I will answer the question from this perspective.

1- Less is more. You don’t have to bet on everything and every game. Make bets occasionally and bet smart. Be a responsible gambler. Don’t let your greed take over.

2- Don’t try to make a living out of gambling. It might work for some people but they probably paid a price which you wouldn’t dare to pay. Find a better job or start a business if you want to make money.

3- Having fun is the #1 priority. Play to have fun. Gambling amplifies the excitement you get from watching a game. It really does. Use it for your advantage but be careful, if you get too excited, you might get addicted to it.

Well, I think a very necessary lesson especially for young people is to learn to appreciate, whatever it is, including valuing time, finances, relationships, and also valuing yourself. If these three things are already part of you, then automatically you will be a useful person for anyone, including yourself. This is very much related to the gambling that you do, if you are a gambler who does not appreciate some of these things, then I am sure that you will regret it in the end, but if you practice all of them, I am sure you will be safe in your life journey. I think that is a necessary lesson for new gamblers (young people), because in the past I admitted that I did not appreciate some of these things and in the end I realized that all of them are very important.

The sun total of responsible gambling is to use amount that you can afford to loose, this strategy or advice covers the rest because it's the most important. Some people that don't have enough money makes the mistake of using the small amount that they have for gambling, this is very wrong because there's a high chance of losing than winning in gambling. If you don't have sufficient funds to take care of your needs don't gamble because winning is by luck.

I am not a veteran gambler because I'm still very young both by age and in gambling. I'm young in the sense that I have not yet won something massive that I can confidently show off as my achievement in gambling. However, I have gained some experience that I can share to other gamblers that can make gambling a lot easier and enjoyable for them and one of them is never to gamble when the mind is not clear. If you have anything bordering you, avoid gambling because it could complicate things for you. Gambling is emotionally draining and when done without the idea of fun and happiness in mind, it could easily lead to depression.

You are right mate, some people think that gamble is a way to get quick money with little capital, that's why they joined other people to gamble. However majority of them uses huge amount to gamble and when they lose it they become so emotional and gamble again in to recover from their losses. I think it's better not to get motivated to gamble because you might not get want you want from it.

It is good to learn from other people mistakes so that we won't repeat those mistakes ourselves.Although most people always want to learn the hard way by making the same mistakes other has made.so many want to have the experience before they learn which is wrong.
The first thing I always tell young gambler is to take a look at those who has gain financial freedom,if it was through gambling.Gambling is a game of luck and as such not a source of income, so anyone who is going into gambling should no that success is not guaranteed with gambling so drop the mindset of making it big or rescuing your family from poverty in other not to be frustrated and disappointed at the end .gamble wisely with what you can afford to lose and don't chase after losses these are my advice for a new gambler.

I would always advise beginners not to put their hope in gambling because it can't be predicted and winning is not certain. The most important rule that should never be broken is to follow risk management. You should bet no more than 1% of your bankroll. If you are very confident in a bet, your maximum bet can go up to 3% of your bankroll, maybe sometimes 5%, but only in extreme cases where you are absolutely sure. No matter how confident you are, there’s always a chance for an unexpected result and the bet can lose. It all boils down to just one thing, play until you are enjoying yourself, not risking any money you cannot afford to lose and you truly are having a good time while gambling, I would suggest only online as in offline casinos we have heard of really bad stories so far. Next the advice is that if you find yourself chasing loses this is a really big question mark that you should ask yourself, where is this leading and of course this is a big red flag that can point to your road going only south from this point and if this is the point then definitely you should stop. As I said if you start feeling stress, no more enjoying yourself this clearly points to a decision that you should stop immediately and heal yourself before trying again.

I think that there are lots of advises that has been shared on different platforms and also here on the forum about the do's and don'ts of gambling but no matter what is been discussed beginners still tend to do whatever they want. My contribution to this isn't an advice but more of a reminder, always gamble with what you can afford to lose. Everyone's capacity is different, if you choose to gamble like others you might be in trouble

You absolutely correct and the issues about the beginners is that they themselves prefer to have that same experience you have, they are ok making the mistakes and also learn from it just the same as you but they forget not every that makes the same mistake are lucky enough to pull through successfully like the other person, they forget to know that what works for me might not work for the next man, I can vividly remember advising a younger brother about certain things and experience I had in life so he can learn from it but to my greatest surprise he told me that I should let him be that he wants to live his life the way he wants, make mistakes and learn from it just like I have done, it is good to talk people about what you know they should know it is left for them to accept it or not you have played your part.
