This is good news I'm so happy for this congratulations to Charles-Tim, Mia Chloe and SmartGold01, the Nigeria local board has been suffering for lack of merit because there are no much merit source, a lot of good post and thread has been without merit and this has really affected the growth of members and engagement in our local board, but with this new development merit will start following very well in our local board, however I want to us this medium to advise this new Nigeria local board merit source, you all have been given a duty by the Bitcointalk forum management to distribute merit to quality post in our Nigeria local board and will indulge you to perform your duties without bias and favoritism, I'm sure the merit allocation the bitcointalk forum management will give you people for now will be small but when you perform your duties in the right way I'm sure the management will increase the merit allocation.
Once again congratulations Charles-Tim, Mia Chloe and SmartGold01 remain blessed.

Many have ponder more frequently whether 1miau is a Nigerian or not and this is because of his activities in the Naija Local Board more frequently. He knows what we were lacking, he came in to intercede on that and made many of our community members feel happy and proud for his generosity.

Lol, maybe I should answer this on his behalf- he his a Nigerian, but a Nigeria in diaspora and that is why he engages more in the German local board where he grew in and understands the language well, not until now he’s giving back to the community he originally originated from. 1miau just surprise us more by communicating here in pidgin and we will be more convinced you are one of us and my speculations will come right too😁


Anyways, congratulations to all merit sources recently appointed by the admin. You all deserve it and we can’t forget to applaud each one of your contributions to the local board. The collective efforts of y’all made us came this far to be recognized and honored by the admin for more merit source to be added to the local board.

It’s possible that they have not been online since yesterday. There is a thread on meta listing the newly appointed merit sources and it’s not just Nigerians. I think there are 17 new merit sources that were added and some have acknowledged their new role as merit source.

Our local board been need more merit sources as i have always believed that good posts go unmerited here, so e make sense as we don get additional merit sources in our local board and na people wey i expect to do a good "job".
