This world has become full of populists who do nothing but talk, but have no intention of keeping their promises. Are people really so stupid that they don't understand the most basic things? Where has critical thinking gone?

Some people in this thread are seriously delusional to think the Republicans will regain power through Vance or Rubio or anyone else for that matter through the next elections when even a child can tell that the democrats are winning those by a country mile.

Dumdum Trump is even crazy worried about the upcoming midterms which itself says a lot. His approval rating is among the top 3 worst ones so far in the US. All that remains to be seen is who from the Democrats ends up becoming the next US president.

Isn't it still obvious that both sides are corrupt and just playing a puppet show? No matter which party wins the next election, the US will still fight in favor of Israel, and stupid Americans will pay taxes expecting that they will be able to change something in the next election ahahahaha.

While it's true that midterms could be won by democrats, it's harder to win the senate and the presidency. Because at congress, there are few people who actually do care about the individual, as in you vote for the party, not for the person, your congressman could be ANYONE and they would still vote based on the party.

However, at senate level people do know their senator and care about who they are voting for. So for the next presidency for example, if democrats insists on kamala Harris or any other idiot that they have put forward, like Hillary, then they are going to lose again.

The whole "let's put a female forward for the first female president" is a good idea, it's not a good idea when you put forward a moron though, someone who everyone hates. Pick someone who is actually good and they can win, pick someone who is a moron and they will lose. I think republicans are not going to decide the winner, it's going to be whoever democrats nominate that will decide it.

Well, sadly enough, the average American voter does not care too much about the Epstein files or the people involved in the whole scandal. If there are people who are aware of those files and their content, it is because they are either very involved with the following of the whole thing or are constantly watching democrat leaning media (like CNN and others) who are trying to push the narrative of Donald Trump being a rapist.

There is a very good chance he is one, but that would need a trial in order for him to get actually convicted of any wrong doing.

As it stands, we will need to wait for the midterm elections before we can draw some conclusions.

Midterm elections will be a protest vote, that much is certain at this point already even long beforehand.  We only have to ascertain just how much upset there is to vote contrary by voters.   I would argue that protest element makes it alot different to the main event of twenty eight.
   Besides which by further duration of a few more years you could speculate things are more developed, either you think the economy will be worse or better is the main question.   I think Rubio is a valid candidate in '28 but that would be resolved beforehand or be more obvious.
