I don't think Başakşehir would have been able to beat them anyway. Galatasaray's squad, even with injured players, is the best in the Turkish league. Fenerbahçe's squad might be considered good, but Galatasaray's squad is much better than Fenerbahçe's. Furthermore, Fenerbahçe seems to be in chaos right now, while Galatasaray is a bit more relaxed in that regard. The players are in harmony and get along with each other. This drives them to constantly strive for victory every match.

Galatasaray win doesn't pay that much, I wonder if Galatasaray will end up with a win that is bigger, like could they win 3-0 or any three difference? First of all, the play in the first half wasn't good. Beşiktaş didn't start with pressure and couldn't get into scoring positions. The wings didn't work. I was so impressed by the performance of Leroy Sane tonight. This signals a major development in the club and shows that Galatasaray will be adjusting their strategy a little as all their goal expectations will no longer be focused on the start boy Victor Osimhen. If Sane sustains this energy, then Galatasaray will become unstoppable especially when Sane and Osimhen are paired in a match. A good win for the league leaders as it bring them one step closer to retaining the league title.

Is not a guarantee that Galatasaray will still win Bodo in the champions league because they won Liverpool football isn't in such way but i have in this confidence with Galatasaray that they will win Bodo/ Glimt but this is not because they won Liverpool, Galatasaray has a better team and players than Bodo/Glimt because Bodo are playing in the champion league doesn't mean they are stronger than Galatasaray, Bodo/Glimt came from a farmer league Norway they will struggle to qualify in the champions league if they are to play in the turkey league.

we can say that sané has become a bit wiser, probably because he sat on the bench for a few games, while ilkay gündoğan has managed to deliver top-quality performances in every game so far. i like players who dedicate themselves to their team; they are fondly remembered when they leave. i hope ilkay becomes one of them. when he first arrived, i was a bit prejudiced against him because of his age, but after mertens, he more than makes up for the team's lack of “experience.”

Most of Galatasaray players were at national game a few days ago only, so they will be tired. From Yunus to Abdulkareem to baris, they were all at the game and maybe more that I do not know about. I think it's clear that national breaks are always hardest for the bigger teams. Look at PSG, they got a 3-3 tie, nobody saw that coming but the players were tired basically.

Same could happen here, Baseksehir suppose to be one of the bigger teams (never even heard of them to be fair but they look high value on transfermarkt) and the reality is simple, we are seeing Galatasaray players being more tired than Basaksehir players.
