Welcome mate, it is nice having you here. I will commend your customer support as they are prompt in responding to customers' plight about your casino, and that is a good record for your casino because gamblers are very sensitive about customer support being active. I will advise that you quote reply rather than replying one for one, as that would likely be misinterpreted as spamming here, as the platform frowns at it. Maybe next time you could do that to avoid having issues here. 4.1.2. If you reside in a country in which access to online gambling to its residents or to any person within such country is prohibited After reading the above stanza of your terms and conditions of services, on restriction, I was curious to know more about your casino's restricted nations, as I see here on this thread you mentioned your casino to be a vpn friendly casino, so how come you could make such statement on your ToS and come here to say you are vpn friendly? What if a gambler uses a vpn to access your casino based on what they had seen here on your official thread, and they ignored reading your ToS, and they have issues with your casino with regards to their region, meanwhile, you have it here as vpn friendly, what would be the outcome of such a situation?

About the No-KYC tag, you have a policy that allows you request KYC if you deem it necessary, which is standard with a lot of other casinos. That is not a zero KYC platform and should not be marketed as such. From the conversations here on the forum and with the representatives my opinion is that they really are no KYC platform for crypto only gamblers. I agree it would be better if it was clear in T&C. Same thing goes for VPN friendly. So far nobody came complaining about either causing a problem so I hope it will continue to go smoothly in the future as well. They have fiat part of the site that is different story but that isn't discussed here and most of don't care about it probably. You are absolutely right, Mr Trofo! As mentioned in the previous thread, nobody has had any KYC or VPN problems while using Crypto only. That's why everyone is here, right? We will not guarantee something if it's not like that. And in terms of having that visible on the website.. There are catches, as we also have the FIAT part of the casino, and we are not able to do it. But we will keep our word, spicy promise! Finally, leaving all the speculation behind, they made the official announcement. Welcome to the forum. I like all the designs of the Chilistakes project. I made an account a while ago, and after making an account, I saw a little bit of everything. Finally, overall, I liked everything about the website.
I haven't seen it yet, but I will play the game on this project and try to see how fast the deposits and withdrawals can be made and what the customer service is like. I have one thing to say to you: If you give a little more priority to customer service, then the trust in the project's identity will increase.
Above all, if you want to run a signature campaign, there are many reputable managers on the forum through whom you can do so. I believe I am mentioning the names of a few managers. If you like, you can run a signature campaign through them. Campaign Manager: Little Mouse, Hhampuz, Yahoo, Roysee, Icopress
Spicy, Spicy, HOT! Thank you for your intro! We like our User Interface and Design too It's pretty unique! But to put that on side, deposits/withdrawals part is something that you should check definitly. Support, Support, Support = That's something that we are probably mostly proud of. Our agents are real people, from meat and spicy souce and not AI or NPCs They will take care of you like nobody, no where, I promise. Those who already got VIP status can see - 24/7 VIP Personalized Customer Care team. All in one group - Sportsbook, Bonus team, Casino team & Account Managers. Can it be better?

I check the KYC policy, the policy was for "FIAT", yes they have KYC policy but they making the highligt "KYC Policy - FIAT". So, could be effected on FIAT only. Need to find out, until there has some case or not especially for crypto user. My man! That's 100% true. Finally, once for a lifetime. NO-KYC, NO-VPN Problems for Crypto ONLY Players! <3

I was gonna look deeper into their No-KYC claims, but it seems like ryzaadit already did and it also good that you guys already clarified on your ANN thread that the no-kyc is for crypto users. anyway, I guess only time will tell whether the claim is true or not.

You’re totally right to point out the policy. Yes, it exists - because ChiliSTAKES also supports FIAT, not just crypto (though between us... we're secretly dreaming of going full crypto-only one day 😅).
Thank you for clearing that up and the other members that chipped in as well. I read it directly from the title and not the graphic in the OP. I can understand that since this is a crypto community, it (the distinction) does not have to be included in the title as the message is going to mostly crypto users. It is also good you guys make a clear difference between how different payment methods are handles, some casinos that support both do not make it that clear. I look forward to what else you and cro2 have in store for the community. - Jay -

Happy to see ChiliSTAKES come forward with an official ann thread. Offering no KYC gambling experience, wow? really impressed me your commitment to the NO KYC gambling service nowadays. Personally I respect no KYC service cause it lowers your barrier in all aspects and gives you a smooth experience. Your upcoming ultimate player showdown with dollar 7k prize pool is kinda attractive too, it will make serious competition I think. By the way, one question, will there be a new VIP bonus structure along with this upgrade? I can see you offering higher RTP on Pragmatic slots, so clarity on those bonous level & tournament terms would help develop trust. Excited to see how this plays out, let me know if there are any schedule updates for the next promo & tournament! Heyy! BTCCan you clarify, please, the question regarding the VIP bonus structure? However, I couldn't access the site since it stated that it wasn't available in my country which is quite weird since I can access literally every crypto gambling site from my country. Odd!
They didn’t explicitly mention which countries are restricted, but since they have an Anjouan license then you can assume that all countries prohibited by that licensor won’t be able to access their website. You can check the list on any other website that is licensed by the same authority. Good point. We are not only a Crypto Casino, but we are open to most countries indeed. You can DM me your country, or send it here, and I will be able to check it for you In the thread they're mentioned no-KYC for Crypto user. I check the KYC policy, the policy was for "FIAT", yes they have KYC policy but they making the highligt "KYC Policy - FIAT". So, could be effected on FIAT only.
That’s correct, but on their terms of service page they said they may ask users to pass KYC and they didn’t specify whether this applies only to fiat users only or also to crypto users. Welcome to bitcointalk, ChiliStakes! KYC = FIAT NO KYC = CRYPTO aka Winners. Welcome to the forum chilisstakes.com! 👋
nice to see your ANN thread here — your site design looks clean and professional, and the offers are quite attractive. I actually assumed you already had an ANN thread, since I’ve seen your contest post in the Games and Rounds section with those big prize pools.
quick question regarding your "No KYC" policy — is it truly 100% no KYC under all circumstances, or do you reserve the right to request KYC when needed (e.g. due to licensing or suspicious activity)?
looking forward to seeing more of your presence here.
Best of luck on your Bitcointalk journey!
HeyHey 🔥🔥🔥 Thank you for the kind design, eye-catching words 🫶 100% TRULY, I swear to holy Chili Pepper X VIP level, that nobody will even be conducted with KYC if they are using only CRYPTO! I'm not saying that if you are using fraudulent methods to earn crypto or trying to steal, abuse, or do anything similar, you won't have problems. However, KYC isn't something we would request even if you do that. Use only crypto! (Bold x10, Bold x10)

That’s great to hear! As a crypto community, I think most users here value their privacy and prefer playing at fully no-kyc casinos. However, personally, I understand why some of the casinos that claim to be no-kyc have to ask their customers to verify their identity. Because otherwise how could they identify cheaters and especially those who try to abuse their promotions and bonuses. Great to know you are not going to do that and that you have your own ways of dealing with cheaters.

Btw, like your name! However, I couldn't access the site since it stated that it wasn't available in my country which is quite weird since I can access literally every crypto gambling site from my country. Odd!
Is your country among the FATF restricted countries? That's the closest to a list of restricted countries on the website as they mentioned that all on the list cannot access the casino. If you can access most other casinos, your region is likely not on the list, but you can check to be extra sure. The list changes from time to time. 100% true. Please update here, and I will check for you! Wooo nice ANN. Mind if i ask who designed it? It looks awesome by the way and a welcome. Thank you!! Simple answer, we design it, Spiciest team out here 100%
In the thread they're mentioned no-KYC for Crypto user.
I also think that since they said they would be asking for, " A bank statement/Utility Bill". You can't have these with crypto. Btw what's the difference anyway? And why would be there different rule for fiat and crypto. I know it might seem like a stupid question, but this time I really don't know! IMO, it's either KYC casino, or NO KYC casino. Nothing in the middle. That fiat thing is confusing a lot of users including me. I hope chilistake would address to our queries. There are no stupid questions, especially here. And pointing out it's either KYC casino or NO KYC casino it's just simply not right. The point of crypto out here is to feel free like a bird right? That's not the status with FIAT. We offer both crypto and Fiat options - FIAT multicurrency wallet - meaning you can hold your crypto even on our wallets, they will not lose the value lol With crypto, it's just YOU and US. And, WE DON'T MIND who you are, or where you are from, as long as you have fun with us and don't try to trick us. But with Fiat - It's a threesome. - It's you, us, and the bank, or any other payment provider. That's why Fiat is KYCed, and CRYPTO IS NOT!

Well, if your gambling platform here on this forum is truly 100% pure no kyc, I can say that that is good news especially for gamblers or players who hate kyc, I guess the things you say will stand by you until the end dude. Because you know that many casinos have arisen on this forum that said no-kyc but in the end there are and one more thing that is also good is that your casino is also vpn friendly, right? so I hope in this matter you will not withdraw it in the near future because you can drop it here dude for sure.

IMO, it's either KYC casino, or NO KYC casino. Nothing in the middle. That fiat thing is confusing a lot of users including me. I hope chilistake would address to our queries.
--Fiat? Yes, there may be a KYC system or no KYC. It can be used, but I don't understand how he mentioned the Fiat thing here. I think he made a mistake. Although I don't know if he made a mistake, let's see the comments. Hola! Can you please clarify the question? Additionally, you can refer to the comments above if you're interested in discussing the NO KYC and KYC themes. Anyway, I'm always here for a response and transparent answers!
If "he" refers to ryzaadit, he did not make a mistake because he said something based on what is written in the KYC policies page. What I can assume here is why the KYC policy page use "fiat", maybe chillistake was purely fiat casino before they started to add crypto currencies as payment method. However, we should not hope too much even if casino claim themselves as No KYC casino because once a casino is licensed, there will be always a chance for the casino to request KYC from their players. Ciaooo! As mentioned above, we made no mistakes. It's so simple. Yes, we have a FIAT section too, but making it straightforward for our Crypto Peppers means no KYC if you interact only with cryptocurrencies and not mix deposits/withdrawals with Fiat.
You can even hold crypto on Chili in our multicurrency wallet, it will gain more value 100% than holding, for example EUR, or USD, or ... Or just any other infinity money, bit(F)inity

But to put that on side, deposits/withdrawals part is something that you should check definitly.
Of course, since I have made a new account here, I should check how the deposit and withdrawal section is. Since I have also made a new account here, I do not know how smooth the deposit and withdrawal system is. To understand these things, I have to play the gameplay, and then I will learn about all kinds of things. Support, Support, Support = That's something that we are probably mostly proud of. Now the question for Chillistakes, is it guaranteed that crypto players will never be asked for KYC or there will be still an exception for special cases like huge withdrawal amount? It will be great if Chillistakes can give a guarantee of no KYC for crypto players and maybe it will be the first crypto casino with such a guarantee.

You were right at that point, dude, and @tropo also testified, and because he said it was a huge impact for other gambling casinos to trust, and I was one of those. This is also the case with the transparency of a casino. And many more gamblers do not want MA KYC in a casino, which is what I see that it is properly practiced by this chilistakes correctly, so I am happy with this implementation of their according to TOS that they have.
