Just some advice, avoid moderated threads as a service provider as this tends to paint a picture of you not wanting others to see what you don't like and other members don't contribute on such threads as they avoid deletion of their posts after sharing what's on their mind.

I think regarding the KYC aspect it will be a very much helpful to ensure that players can enjoy some certain features without too much of extra expensive verification, however I hope the withdrawal or compliance are of good regulation right? I think what I'm seeing now you might requires some KYC documentation, and lately I was having some little problems when trying to access the site I think due to some geo-restrictions hope it will be taking care of soon?

From the conversations here on the forum and with the representatives my opinion is that they really are no KYC platform for crypto only gamblers. I agree it would be better if it was clear in T&C. Same thing goes for VPN friendly. So far nobody came complaining about either causing a problem so I hope it will continue to go smoothly in the future as well.

They have fiat part of the site that is different story but that isn't discussed here and most of don't care about it probably.

I made an account a while ago, and after making an account, I saw a little bit of everything. Finally, overall, I liked everything about the website.

I haven't seen it yet, but I will play the game on this project and try to see how fast the deposits and withdrawals can be made and what the customer service is like. I have one thing to say to you: If you give a little more priority to customer service, then the trust in the project's identity will increase.

I think somehow, you need to double check again.

Need to find out, until there has some case or not especially for crypto user.

They didn’t explicitly mention which countries are restricted, but since they have an Anjouan license then you can assume that all countries prohibited by that licensor won’t be able to access their website. You can check the list on any other website that is licensed by the same authority.

Is your country among the FATF restricted countries? That's the closest to a list of restricted countries on the website as they mentioned that all on the list cannot access the casino.

If you can access most other casinos, your region is likely not on the list, but you can check to be extra sure. The list changes from time to time.

If "he" refers to ryzaadit, he did not make a mistake because he said something based on what is written in the KYC policies page. What I can assume here is why the KYC policy page use "fiat", maybe chillistake was purely fiat casino before they started to add crypto currencies as payment method. However, we should not hope too much even if casino claim themselves as No KYC casino because once a casino is licensed, there will be always a chance for the casino to request KYC from their players.

Regarding KYC, I have also mentioned in the previous posts where we are with it and how it's handled.  

As for now, we have never KYCed a Crypto player, but maybe... NO, we will not do it EVER.
