You should be banned from this account you are currently writing from as well, as you are breaking the rule
25. Ban evasion (using or creating accounts while one of your accounts is banned) is not allowed.[e]
First of all, you are banned and not the account, so you should not be posting on any other account on the forum as that counts for ban evasion. You have been active on this one after your other account was banned, which breaks the forum rules.
You should send an email to the address provided in the ban message appealing the ban with the relevant information. You can also respond here with the information to help your appeal if the mods check this thread out.

I made this thread as per instructions from the recovery email, I don't know who handles it but I guess its the admin.
As for the ban. That post was part of an active campaign that was going on for crypto.com visa cards. I posted the info from their main thread to the indian sub section as a part of the campaign.
The problem now is that the account is banned for 'plagiarism'.
Plagiarism is not tolerated by forum rule and even there is a second chance for plagiarism-banned accounts, it's barely given. A banned account must have net-positive contributions in the forum in order to convince forum admins to unban it with a softer punishment like signature-ban for some months or some years.
[TIPS] to avoid plagiarismPlagiarism: If you copy some text from somewhere, then you should have a good reason for it, and you must link to the source. Doing otherwise is plagiarism. Changing a few words around doesn't matter. If we find that you plagiarized, then you absolutely will be permanently banned, even if we find it years after you did it.
Warning: Anyone caught copying other users' posts or plagiarising content from elsewhere on the web will be immediately permabanned. You shouldn't need a warning to know that this isn't acceptable under any circumstances.
Second chance information.
There's been no policy change. redsn0w wasn't permanently banned due to several factors which made me think that permabanning him would be a net negative for the forum. Nobody is banned strictly because of "the rules"; it's always handled case-by-case, but almost always, plagiarists deserve to be permabanned.
If you think that a ban should be ended, make your case in a new topic from a "good for the forum as a whole" perspective.
You can make your thread in Meta board like this thread, add enough evidence of your net-positive contributions for appealing a second chance.
You can also submit a request for a second chance in a following thread.
Second chances. Thanks for the information, much appreciated.
