Hi, Management has decided to go about this way for better tracking, as the addresses provided are directly tied to the casino.
When a member puts in a deposit request, and completes the deposit, admins are notified right away to confirm, and then process the deposit directly to that user. (Usually 2 minutes or less)
We have not had any issues with deposits or withdrawals with the current system and plan to keep it like this.
I didn’t say it can cause issues with deposits or withdrawals, but I still believe this is not the best approach to handle payments.
Most services provide a unique address for each user, some of them even provide a new address for each new deposit. There must be a reason why they do so (think about users’ privacy, for example!).

Anyway, it’s your casino, and you can do whatever suits you best.

It seems that they use a single address to process deposits, which means that all players use the same deposit address.
Out of my curiosity after reading your previous post, I decided to create 2 new accounts to check and I'm surprised that the deposit address for both accounts is the same.
This is the first time I know a casino with this kind of system, I'm wondering how if there are many users try to deposit at the same time?
I think it will create a problem later because I have no idea how they will credit the deposit to correct user if there are many deposits at the same time.

But because we are not a big casino and still in beta stage, the current system has been working without any issues.
For now, I will import a secondary and a third address to each crypto deposit request, allowing members to generate a new address each request, to easily keep track of their deposit.

I think you should have a separate deposit address for each person right from the start, even if it is the start of the casino. Maybe you are manually handling the deposits because the number of users are less at your site but now since people know this is a loop hole and someone may make new accounts and claim that they have the deposits while they haven't deposited any amount.

Other people like me may never deposit there unless i know that this potential issue has been fixed.  Shocked ? Having same deposits address for everyone is a red flag. Reputable platforms don't operate like this.

You are absolutely right, a fresh crypto address for each member would be easier for tracking, and much more professional.

That should not be used as a reason to keep your deposit system as what you have, almost all casinos started from a small casino with beta stage as well but they did it with better deposit system.
You have to change this system immediately to make players more secured and comfortable with the system.
You could add many things since the first day you came here, so I guess changing the way of the deposit should not be a big deal as it can be done easily.

Why dont you mention what updates you have just applied because some people here may not notice the exact updates you have just applied.
Changelog will be useful information for your players as well as for yourself if you can have detailed information anytime you made an update(s).
Anyway, seems that I have to use a VPN now to access your site since I get "internal server error" if I deactivated my VPN when I accessed your site.

There were some issues with the database, and it still may be trying to fetch older data, for now it looks like I've resolved this issue, you can clear cache/cookies/history and it should be fine now.

I have investigated into this issue further and have resolved it.
The issue was multiple referral codes were being made and the database didn't know how to handle it.
Please try loading the site now, it should be fully working.

TBH, I've written my post with the thought that they plan to let players generate a fresh address after every deposit of each crypto, thus my surprise. Many casinos do this as well? which platforms are these btw?

Reading your post though, I did remember folks pointing out they do not have unique address/es for each account days ago in this thread. That being said, perhaps the latter is most likely. If that's the case, it is indeed just the standard in today's time.

btw, I just tried to open their website and I'm getting the "Inernal Server Error" message, too!

You may have noticed that our site was down for a week, this was due to maintenance!

I think the deposit handling needs to be airtight if you want people to trust Slayer long-term. Using unique deposit addresses per user or per request should definitely be a priority, it’s the standard for any serious platform.

Well the pace of feature releases shows you’re committed to improving. If you can maintain transparency and keep communication open during these beta stages, I think Slayer could carve out its own community.

I noticed that as well but do you think it is healthy for a casino website to be down for such a lengthy number of days under the guise of running maintenance? Some gamblers might see that as a sign of you not being sensitive and serious with your business but they would not understand that you are doing a maintenance.  It is good you have done the maintenance because I believe this would also available you the opportunity to compete with other casinos in terms of features and also the traffic as well.
