Actually we can see on their claims if they are posting a valid claims or they are just spreading total nonsense against the casino. Since proof always show how legitimate those claims posted against the casino.

If they are proven to violate the TOS then immediately those accusations they made will immediately shutdown. But if the accusation is true and the accuser have proof well the casino will be criticized and will be pushed by the community to take actions on those existing issues.

If they face issues users is allowed to post their concerns against the casino, but make sure they can back it with strong proof since if not their efforts is useless and  people might think that they are just trolling.

It’s unacceptable how slow the staff is, or they may be deliberately trying not to pay the bounty, even though it’s just a medium-severity bug. This isn’t my first time; last time I found a bug, they took three months to send me just $10, and that bug was also medium severity. I hope the OP replies and takes a look.

I doubt they are îtentionally ignoring you to avoid paying the bounty. You mentioned that you already reported another bug previously and it took them too long to pay you. Besides, I don’t think paying another $20 would be a problem for them, although I believe the reward should be way higher for medium severity bugs.
I suggest giving them more time to asses the severity of the.reported bugs and pay you.
I understand that reviewing the bug report and fixing the issue may take time, but it shouldn’t take as long as three months. This is a bit concerning, imo!

That’s where the problem is now because I don’t know if he signed up again whether he would be charged for having multiple accounts or duplicate profiles as we know gambling site are always strict with their rule’s and regulations over there could be that strict where it may affect the users who tried making another account again. I’ve been trying to get a response from Toshi.bet support for months regarding issues with my account. I’ve sent multiple emails to all their official addresses (support and compliance), but I have never received a single reply.

The live chat is equally useless; it’s impossible to have a real conversation or get any technical issue resolved. It honestly feels like a scam once you need actual assistance. A casino that ignores its players for months is not a safe place to keep your funds. I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from this site until they fix their broken support system.
