Betpanda owes you nothing. It is often said that you should Gamble at your own risk. There is no point to even come here and talk about how you lose your money to  betpanda Casino or gambling site because all gambling site are thesame, even though you played in another site it will still be thesame loss. You should just bear the risk and stop complaining. After all betpanda didn't force you to sign up. Just bear the loss and move on, next time if you want to gamble, gamble with what you can afford to lose and not gambling aggressively.

Damn thats a lot. I think its not the BetPanda fault not to set limit on your accounts also dont blame them cause you play and lose the money within your game. Addiction is scary and if you lose this kind of amount means you really going closer to addictiom gambling.. Its scares me to know that you ever reach that threshold. That would be ideal for you but not ideal for the casino, you did a mistake here because you are addicted and you created an account after you did self-exclusion. If they should give your money back on your last account, then it can be used by others by doing the same thing. Imagine if you are winning a lot of money on your last account, will you complain or will you tell the truth in this community of what you have done? Maybe betpanda did a mistake in this case because they did not aware that you are creating new account after self-exclusion. However, addiction is your own responsibility, a casino may help with self-exclusion feature but you did not help yourself in this case. Lets say they blocked your new account before you made deposit, I believe you will try to play in other casino(s) because you are addicted and you cant control yourself.

I even consider OP a gambling addict already. This is not anymore a case of somebody "going closer" to gambling addiction. This is in itself the face of gambling addiction.

Imagine losing all your money to gambling but you did not even stop. You continued gambling using borrowed money that is not small but really big. I don't know how rich OP is but losing $45,000 of borrowed money last month alone on gambling? That is a huge amount of loss already. That is alarming. If this is not already addiction, I don't know what this is.

Since you have tried to control yourself in gambling so you should do that. The casino platform has observed your behavior very well. They have not done anything wrong in taking action according to your request. Rather, you have proven that you are not normal by sending a request for control and later creating a new account. Sorry for your losses. But I think you should look away from any compensation or refund from the casino. Your best bet will be to negotiate how to repay the loan, and work towards it. It might be difficult but you might have to seek other means of income and work hard to repay the debt. You could also seek ways to reduce your expenditure so you can save. An example is moving in with your parents to cut house rent and other expenses. I wish you good luck, mate.

I just hope that OP has learnt his lesson to never create an alt gambling account to continue his addiction and blame the casino if he loses his money again. Now he's demanding or asking for a refund from Betpanda, but my question to him is this, what if his alt account had won huge wins for him would he refund it back to them? The answer is obvious to everyone that it is a capital NO! So he should accept his lose, learn from it and move on. Losing tens of thousands of dollars that doesn’t belong to you is dumb on a level I have difficulty comprehending. It is possible that without a loving and wealthy family OP will be made a Darwin victim. As they say, play dumb games and win dumb prizes. Gambling borrowed money has to be expected to turn out like this.

When Bitcoin Savings & Loan disappeared, I lost my funds along with everyone else. I had no special relationship with pirate.  I was trying to protect users from losing everything if he disappeared, which I did successfully and everyone I interacted with was satisfied.  I believe my PMs were even subpoenaed at one point (can't remember if it was just for MtGox or pirate@40 or both) further proving my innocence of any wrongdoing.

After topics or posts like this, I really start to think that age is not what matters for gambling. Underaged are smarter than you. Casinos should not check if gambler is adult or not during registration, instead they should check if gambler is smart or not.

I have been through what you are going now. I too lost my life savings on gambling some day and for weeks, I was in a semi conscious state where I wanted to believe it was all a dream but it wasn't. I was not believing what I have done and I was unable to think rationally. I got sick and went into a severe anxiety confined for a month inside my room. Even though of killing myself to get out of the situation. Luckily non of that were debt.
The only way out of it is to realize what I had done and be responsible for the situation. I look at my life ahead and realized I have many things to do and many potential to get back what I lost. I'm more worthy than that money.
With debt it would be difficult but you should rather sell anything you own and repay the debt and start everything new, work hard, pay every debt, stay away from gambling till you are in good financial condition.

What I wonder is, why even making a new account at the same site (that doesn't really have bonuses and so on) instead of going to some of the big players? Is it because he could blame the casino if he loses again? Sure this thought is a long shot but a possibility. It's not the first time we see players blackmailing a casino with some addiction multi account story.

In 1 thing I agree though, sites should ban new accounts (from same IPs or whatever) much faster. They always ban accounts when they have been winning or are in profit, but if they lose they just let them deposit and continue playing. I really don't like that shit because this often shows how 2 faces casinos are. You win, it's against TOS, you lose, please keep playing.

Anyway, this complaint is just the same as we have seen before. Instead of seeking some money back, get some professional help.  The money is gone and if you don't get help it will be even more because this will happen again and again.

Imagine that, you messed up and you still have the nerve to blame bet panda for not stopping you because you created multiple account? Instead of you to accept your mistake and never repeat it again you are focus on blaming Betpanda.
Well, normally not all casinos and betting websites will warn you or block you for using different accounts, you using multiple accounts is not even the reason why you lost the money, blame your irresponsible way of gambling.
The crazy part is you woke up from your slumber and still have the guts to say the casino should know what an addict looks like, they should give you your money back since you are an addict, that's wild.

I don’t blaming the casino ( I was too frustrated with whole situation I personally caused )
Some of you above I see that you understand the situation as you were before on this position .
Some others blaming me for loosing all these borrowed money (correctly blaming. You are right but I am not psychologically ok everyone here blaming me .. I was looking for some support )
The truth is that I can’t really start from 0 again (I don’t have the strength and the courage to do it )
I have already started from 0 two times in the past when I lost my job.
The problem is that I have dependencies on me and my mother and my sister depends on me .
And I have clearly fucked up everything !
The truth is that I thought that the solution will be from the casino to give me the money back to repay the debt (but I know everyone here will say that will bet these again on an other casino if got it back … I thought it also ready but I am not gonna do it ) . I want truly to get out of this .
I have probably kept gambling due to the ADHD ..

They won't pay you $45k because they won't say they're responsible. It's true they could've stopped you because they knew your ip address. If you'd won they wouldn't pay because you had many accounts so they're responsible but won't help you.

It's a sad story. You've created accounts to gamble & lost $45k which didn't belong to you. Why did you keep $45k money which belonged to other ppl ?
