He’s learning the hard way now, since according to him, his salary isn’t enough to pay off the debt. But really, why would someone borrow money if they know they can’t afford to pay it back? That’s what we call irresponsible gambling.

Sometimes, we only realize the consequences when it’s already too late, when we’re caught up chasing losses and still enjoying the thrill. I do hope the OP finds a way to get out of the debt he created, but the solution has to be outside of gambling. That chapter needs to end.

But Betpanda operated from humans .

Yes I read all those part and that was why I said he is not discipline enough to control himself, and I wonder while the betpanda site didn't found a connected account or using their IP tracker to track if he has connected accounts, most of the gambling site do track people to know if they had other accounts but I guess it was because of he has never made a strong winning to withdraw his money that is where you would start seeing drama of how he has multiple accounts. Like seriously I don't actually like this part because when losing and they are profiting they wouldn't find any fault but if you are winning and they are losing you would see casino digging out everything and how you made mistake by violating their terms and regulation.

I have also started a chat before days and by mistake I gave the blocked email address and they informed me about this account is closed and gave them the active email address after that and it was ok .. they didn’t blocked me of course because I was a looser on all these self excluded accounts . I have another question, if he had used the same device and won a very good amount, would betpanda have released the money to him considering the fact that he is the same person? _{which they must have observed through his IP address}. Even if betpanda integrate an option to set limits on your gambling time, they still not responsible for a players lack of self control, even if you set limits on betpanda accounts, you are not even safe because the urge to keep playing when the limit expires is still there. I would tell you for free, you would get no help from betpanda, better no to think of it. you should start thinking of how to go about raising money to pay your debts, you went against the rule, even though I am displeased by the indifference from their end for allowing you continue gambling although they could detect your IP address, it doesn't change the fact that you failed the rules and lost your money.

You should start thinking and making moves in the direction of finding ways to raise back the money and pay back, maybe this is a task that would change your habit and financial life, be positive about your situation and try to figure things out yourself. The casino would not refund you even a dime, unless of course, divine intervention.

Sadly, casino do security check during withdrawal not on deposit to lessen their work since the majority of users will just lose their funds so it’s useless for them to check every account.

I feel the pain of losing that huge amount especially just a debt but I highly doubt any casino will refund you no matter how hard your situation since this method can be abused by many user in case they refund you.

IIRC Betpanda has some weekly cashback. Use it to recover some of your lost funds.
