I've seen more and more recent casino-type apps using an edited image or video of Mr. Beast, with the language dubbed for the country where the app is intended. This is apparently a clear sign that AI is being used to impersonate some influencers or famous public figures to attract people to these apps.

If a casino is impersonating a influencer just to get more customers, then you should know something is wrong, a real casino will definitely spend money to make advertisement, and they won’t be impersonating anyone, because they know the implications of doing that, but when you see a casino doing things like that, then you should know that they are scam, and you have to be very careful making use of casinos like that because you might end up losing your money. But that could be what this scammy and fake casinos wanted to do, they attracted in-experience players. They could offer something big for them and then it's very hard to refuse. Perhaps even experienced player could be also be a victim as again, this scammers knows how to play with our feelings and what not to play with them.

I don't think it is impossible for these kinds of videos to be regulated. Those kinds of AI videos can be spotted effortlessly if the viewer is observant. All the right authorities need to do is set rules and monitor offenders closely. It is achievable because if things are left the way they are, criminals, scammers, hackers, and fraudsters will ride on the ignorance of the masses.

Regulating these ads might be difficult because most of the casinos that do this outrageous behaviour all in the name of promotion are not licenced and so even when there are regulations and they go against themselves regulations, it'll be hard to punish them, so the best thing to do in this case would be to educate users on the dangers of these things and how to protect themselves from being misled and victimized.

How can this be possible when Infact these ads are what actually puts food on their (social media owners)  table. It's not as if they're not seeing the operations and activities of these unregulated casinos, neither are they ignorant of the fact that most of those ads and their services are unauthentic mere tactics to lure naive gamblers to their site. They know all this but can't put a halt to those ads because the more the ads, the more they benefit so it's like a win win for both sides and loss for only the naive gamblers. Yeah! I fully agree with this. We cannot just replace a reputable online casino with something that offers better initial bonuses.
