I don't think it is impossible for these kinds of videos to be regulated. Those kinds of AI videos can be spotted effortlessly if the viewer is observant. All the right authorities need to do is set rules and monitor offenders closely. My advice. Don't click or download anything that isn't directly from an official source, and if there's a way to verify them, similar to files that provide GPG keys, even better. After all, even official sources can be infected. Social networks are fertile ground for scams, and when they involve cryptocurrencies, gambling or any type of investment, the spread is even greater.
