I believe they will start shifting on promoting licensed casino such as Bingo plus for their promotion and stop using unlicensed casino that typically scamming players.

Even big channels can't escape the law. They might be able to afford to get good and expensive lawyers but they might still face some consequences. It also depends how corrupt and unjust the country is but no one should get away with anything just based on popularity.

I suggest you read the snippet of text the OP shared from the article. Where the streamer promoted the casino is not the issue, the issue here is that the casino he is promoting is illegal in their country because it doesn't have a license.

It's even possible some of this streamers may not even be aware some of these gambling sites are not legit,  so they could take up the deal only to later discover it was a scam deal promotion,  so we may not have to completely blame them in some cases.  Some others are just gullible and would hop on any opportunities not minding if it is scam or note provided it pays them so well and these gambling sites does pay well so they will make juicy offer and so these streamers will not be able to turn it down, if I am a streamer I will make sure to vet any platform I am influencing for.

One of the main sources of income or making money with these streamers is that they could be able to get some income on advertising something or simply trying out to make up some marketing on which this isnt something new anymore yet every business would be having that need on having the exposure. Usually business would be that coming after into those who do have that huge network because exposure would be that effective on this case. Going back into the situation above that streamers could neither be that accepting out those jobs into those verified platforms/services out there but of course due to this space on which everything cant be that considered to be regulated and listed then there's always those probabilities that you can be able to walk through. In personal approach whether you would be accepting out such job or not then it would be that up to you whether you would be that trying out to believe on what those streamers been that recommending or not. It all matters into you whether you do believe on it.

That's right and my pity goes to those who those gamblers who take the words of these kind of influencers, and using these casinos without doing their due diligence, the truth is that even if they encounter issues with the casino or they get cheated by the casino, they still can't take legal actions on them, neither will they be able to take any action against those influencers because they're probably just doing their job, run promotions.

Even if such unregulated casinos come to this forum to advertise or run their promotions here via signature campaigns or other methods, there'll still be forum users who'll be willing to work for them and help them promote their brand, even after knowing that these casinos are unregulated. Again, there are also influencers who promote certain brands, unaware to them that they are not regulated you know, and in the end, it's left for the gamblers to make their own research about those casinos before deciding to trust them because they'll be the ones to bear the consequences should anything go wrong.
