Not that if the team players didn't do anything that would result to yellow card, the referee would just give them the card intentionally. Some referee can be harsh but if team didn't do anything that doesn't lead to such card judgement, they won't get it. That's why I do personally like to do my analysis based on how the teams normally react to each other in their fixtures.

It's not also as if the players will intentionally want to do what will warrant them to get those cards; there are times when it happens unintentionally, just a player trying to defend a ball harmlessly, but due to how unpredictable the next player appears to be, it could result in a foul, which some referees might not take lightly and can just hand over a card to the person. There are also times when some players are very good at creating a situation where it will look as if they have been bullied by their opponent.

I understand, but for these things I know that there are such expert bettors who know the referees and their nature, I don't focus on them, only on the players , but lately I have seen football matches where the referees want to be protagonists and although it is strange that a referee can Damage the game for a particular team, for me it has that impact , that's why the cards have an influence.

I have never placed bet on a red card as far as I can remember. And when I place bet on white card in maximum time I became winer and it make me a good profit.

Men this is amazing, have never thought of that before placing bet on cards,  anyway that good to know but placing bets on cards is not that common nowadays because it could be difficult at times especially red cards.

Secondly, in most cases a particular referee officiating in a match can prompt your interest in placing your bet on cards because their are some referees that are not smiling at all, any simple mistakes you are been penalized, they likely issue out card so easily, so when you see such referee in a match you should believe their always possibilities of more cards.

No matter how harsh a referee is they cannot hand out yellow or red cards to any players if the game is going quite smoothly so I don't think that giving cards are entirely on the hands of the referees. I prefer to look at teams and players because they are the ones that are playing the games, the referees are observers who officiates the matches. The ref. only have an opportunity to exhibit their harshness if the need arises otherwise they will be seen as being biased if they give cards that they are not supposed to. In a match there are higher chances of yellow cards than reds so it is safer to bet on yellow cards in a match.

Ever since I started gambling i don't remember betting this option before,but there are some gamblers who have been frequently making use of this option. but I don't think if referee could be the reason why this set of gamblers have choosen to be going with this option, I feel that maybe that's the best option that works for them. even though some gamblers can choose to go for this option due to the referee but I think this set of gamblers is rare.

And yeah, some referee can be very rude to an extent that they will have you booked in any slightest mistake. And such referee's easily get sacked due to this reasons.

There was some many years ago a referee called "the English idiot" where he was being the referee in Uefa Champions League final and he did a lot of mistakes. People got mad at him because for the slightest foul he would immediately show a yellow card and he even showed red card during that game. Even people in Uk as the referee was from Uk didn't like him at all but for people betting he was the best referee ever. People made a lot of money betting on over cards during the games he was being the referee in the Premier League. He was even gifted from UEFA as the best referee for something I don't remember now. So bottom line when you know the referee is like the one I describe here you are sure as hell you are going to bet on cards.

Yes, whenever I want to bet on cards, it’s either the referee or a set of players that makes me choose that option. There are some referees who are very quick to give cards to players, and there are also certain players whose style of play makes them more likely to receive cards.So, before I decide to bet on cards, I make sure that certain players are in the lineup, or that a particular referee is officiating the match. I don’t just bet blindly by choosing the option without seeing some reasons why it is likely to happen.However, there are some people who bet on card options without having any reason for it and I don’t do that.

yeah you will find lot of variation in the tolerance levels of different ref; we have already seen some matches hitting 14 yellows (Chelsea-Bournemouth, Antony Taylor), so profiles matter. But ref assignments are priced into card lines by the books, so don't just automatically bet the over. Do not be only dependent on the referee stats but try layering with the playing styles of different teams, match stakes and directives. Refs just get discretion to manage and caution from the IFAB, and that is why same fouls may have different results in different games. Try keeping track of the refs who have high cards per game and the shifting in trends, but also keep an eye on the sample size and late market moves. so ref tendencies are not free money, but can be pretty edge-y.

I rarely see odds for yellow card or red card markets. Observing the character of the referee who will officiate the match might be possible, but that could be too broad and not really predictable. The same goes for placing bets on corner kick markets. If the option is only a 1x2 corner kick, we can still predict it based on the usual playing patterns of both teams. But for cards, that is also related to the intensity of the match.

But as you said, I have never bet on yellow or red cards because it is very difficult to analyze which player will get a red card or a yellow card in a match because it is not possible to say at what time a player will get a red card or a yellow card. I do not agree with this but you are only right to some extent and not all right. People are people but have you seen on betting sites the bets that yellow cards and red cards are part of the bets? Did you noticed that they are not small leagues but big leagues. So I am referring to big leagues here and referees cheating will be very minimal or not existing.

I think some referees are more aggressive with giving out cards than others.
It doesn’t always come across as belligerent, but it still depends on the nature of the game since a referee can’t just start flashing cards for no reason like a crazy fellow . Referees don’t solely make decisions either… they have the final say, but that’s usually backed by input from different angles.

While place bet on sports betting especially football I don't think of placing bet on cards as I think cards are more difficult technical to win than just normal win, over, under, home or away, home win or draw and away win or draw. Also like how many goals in first half and how many goals in second half, both half total goals. These options makes it more easier than having to bet on either yellow or red card.

You are right, but I do not see how betting on yellow or red card in a match is extra difficult than betting on the real deal which is the match Itself.
One can bet that a yellow and or red card will come into a match depending on the team that is playing that match, this is exactly the example you gave, there are some team that can not play against another particular team without getting a yellow or red card, and each time such a team come together, betting on yellow and or red card to get involved in the match might turn out to be an easy jackpot.

But as for me, I have never also tried betting on cards but with the discussion ongoing here on this forum right now, i might consider trying it one of this days let me see how it goes.
