Betpanda 1.526 ETH scam

After reading three separate scam reports for BetPanda (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5541706.0 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5537696.0 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5526543.0), I'm going to post my own identical experience with the company.

Amount Scammed: 1.526 ETH
Initial Deposit: 0.9 ETH

Last week I made several deposits totaling 0.9 ETH and placed a number of bets on MMA over the course of the weekend. After winning some bets and bringing the balance up to 1.526 ETH, my limits were immediately cut to 1$ max and after requesting a withdrawal my account was blocked and I received an email saying that my account has been banned due to suspicious behavior.

Upon requesting more specific information as to how I had violated the terms, I was denied.

Hilariously, I made similar bets with BC.Game the entire weekend and my withdraw processed fine - I've included a screenshot of my bets from BC.Game since I can't log into my Betpanda account. You'll see there is nothing out of the ordinary there.

I haven't done anything nefarious, I've simply used my extensive knowledge about fighting to make intelligent bets. I'm sure the individual from the other thread who did the same thing with Esports can relate - I'm sure they just don't like it when people with deep knowledge profit from inefficient lines.

The terms say the following:

"In the interests of fair play, it is not permitted to utilise or deploy any novel or recognised betting techniques while using our services which are designed to circumvent the standard house edge in our casino games nor the sportsbook. Should we detect that You have engaged in any activity of this nature, we may immediately suspend, terminate or restrict access to Your Account and/or retain any funds on the account."

I don't think this is justification for stealing a significant amount of Ethereum that I won fair and square.

I understand your account has been suspended, but if you have any screenshots of your bets, sharing them might help clarify the situation.
Regarding your point about “people with deep knowledge profiting from inefficient lines,” I’m not entirely sure what specific cases you’re referring to. Screenshots could provide more context.

In one of the screenshots where you had a chat with the support staff, they did tell you that if you don't agree with the decision, you can contest it and write an email. The case will be handled by another dedicated team. Have you tried going that path of writing an email?

@Bitcoin_Arena already advises you to follow the instructions. Have you tried to communicate with them again via email? It's best if you contact them using the email you used to open the account.

Note: Many times the support systems are run by a third party agency or organization. In this case, if you email their support directly, you may get a response from their official sector. However, I don't know what actually happened in this case.

When your account gets restricted and you suddenly get ridiculous betting limits that's always a sign the ban or whatever it is comes from the odds provider. Kinda ridiculous if you ask me. Since betpanda uses the same odds provider as BC I guess that's where the problem lies. Obviously that's not your problem but theirs, so just banning you for some made up nonsense of course it shady. It's so annoying to read cases like this.
You win some bets and need to hope to get paid, how weak is that? Also not getting any info about how and why makes it even worse.

About the previous posts telling you do go through the "contesting via email" route, I am 100% sure this leads to nothing as well, as always. First you will wait for days and weeks just to get the same useless reply again, I can predict the future because I have seen this a thousand times. Once a player shows a history of some good bets they will try to ban you immediately, and worst of all take all the money you win and your deposit (if unlucky).

So sad.

Also, I can see on their chat accounts flagged by the sportsbook provider, not by Betpanda. Fortunately Betpanda has to take action against accounts that are flagged by the sportsbook provider. If you don't agree with their decision, then you may take further action. Contact with them through various ways, including social media. Talk with gambling monitor sites like Ask Gamblers to help on your case.

So far I can see Betpanda hasn't been responding to such allegations. Especially if it's flagged by the sportsbook provider, then Betpanda has to comply with them, though we don't know if it's true or just false. Often gambling sites raise that kind of flag and close users accounts without even paying initial deposits. So try to make sound over social media as well.

Dude, what are you even talking about? There is no word about multiple accounts in the chat, literally nothing. You seem to have a nice imagination. 
They are not talking about 2 accounts, they only wrote about his sports book account and his account in general.

Also, they simply say that he breached their TOS, that's all. No explanation whatsoever.

Namely BC found out that you're flagged and they put limit in your account too. I have an account at Betpanda which is banned and an account at BC.Game which is still live. I didn't have two Betpanda accounts.

I have no problem with limits being applied - especially when betting something niche like I do. I would however expect a book to at least pay out my winnings in such a situation.

This is basically a lose/lose for me at the casino - either I lose my funds fair and square or I win and my funds get confiscated. How does that make any sense?

Not the exact same bets but some of them were placed on both platforms simply because I wanted to get more money down than would be possible with a single bet.

I really don't care if I get banned on BC, I'll never use anything by Betby again.

We can go with your email and perhaps you can do a bit of something by raking that email and filter emails from betpanda, see if they ever send any email with your ID, something like, "hello jacklk85BP12, click this daily bonus"? It'll certainly helps by... perhaps a lot.

Lost around 300$ on casino. (slots and originals)

Final balance 400$. Withdraw order given.

5 hours later, received email ''suspicious betting activity''. account closed and no funds returned.
