You are right that a positive mindset helps a person to stay calm and it also reduces the mental stress of the person. A positive mindset prevents a person from making hasty or panic-driven decisions. It helps a person to follow his plan and think long-term and prevents a person from giving up too quickly.

I have also only seen people who get very happy each time they win, and no matter what you do to them, it's hard for them to get out of that mood. Winning just gives a different feeling. No matter how you approach gambling, all of us feel good to win, and even if we say we are gambling for fun only, there are times when our losing streak will want to ruin our day, but as long as we don't gamble with excessive amounts, it should be easy to get over.
