Depends on what you mean by positive mindset. I actually do not care about mindset at all because I am 100% sure that I am going to lose money, which is a negative mindset to some people, but that also allows me to not gamble more than I should and that way I do not end up going broke and losing bunch of money.

If I focused on just how much I could make and how gambling could get me rich then I would have a terrible result and things wouldn't be as simple, which is why I try to be as careful as I possibly could be.

You are partly correct but don't be too emphatic on gambling being dependent totally on luck because such statement is misleading and makes the entire business a joke.
