If I take it to the realm of sports, when your mentality drops, there's nothing you can do That's why our morale and mentality must be high, and even more so in this case, because if we lose, we need to have high morale so that our spirits never drop. Only having a positive mindset does not guarantee winning. Reality is often beyond our control but this mindset helps us adapt to our circumstances in a healthy way.
