Well, I would rather say that the reason why sports betting seems less addictive is because it's a type of gambling game that allows the gambler some time to engage in other activities before coming back to check the result of the game and their bet to know if they lost or won, meanwhile slot games are games you have to play and dedicate some special time to because for every spin, you get your result in less than a second, so you have to be there to spin another one.

I felt the same way even before, when I was quite hectic and lost track of time while playing slots, but fortunately this didn't last too long because I began to realize the changes I was feeling and did my best to suppress it before it got worse, which fortunately worked.

The worse part is when someone a gambling addict but till date, they refused to accept the reality around them and seek for help. What surprises me more is that while many people have talked about this issue of gambling, some providing solutions to the problems they're also into but the worse part of it is when people do not accept that they are addicts, and if you do a proper reality check, Yu will find out that they are addicts themselves.
