# Formal Complaint Regarding Fraudulent Crash Game Results and Reference to 100 ETH Challenge on BC.Game

Dear BC.Game Support Team,

I am writing to formally report a serious issue concerning multiple bets I placed on the Crash game on your platform. In several consecutive rounds, I performed cashouts at approximately 4.00x multiplier, well before the crash occurred. However, your system incorrectly recorded these bets as losses.

I have documented clear video evidence showing that:

- Cashouts were initiated and confirmed before the crash point.
- The game continued well beyond my cashout multiplier (sometimes exceeding 10x).
- Despite this, the bet results were inaccurately marked as losses in my betting history.

This issue either points to a critical technical malfunction or deliberate manipulation, both of which have caused me financial harm. Additionally, my account was suspended without any explanation, which exacerbates the situation.

Furthermore, I would like to draw your attention to the 100 ETH challenge that your platform publicly announced on BitcoinTalk forum, as seen here:

In this challenge, BC.Game stated that if a player can prove any manipulation in the Crash game, the platform will reward them with 100 ETH. I have found clear evidence of unfair results in my case, which aligns with the conditions of your challenge.

1st of all, why not send a pm to the people controlling the BC.Game account? Why open up a separate thread specifically for your issue? Then you open a thread and make it come off as an extortion attempt.

Just making a thread does not make them aware of the issue or the thread. They may not even monitor this board very often and it's smarter to pm the main account to get your issue seen. If they don't respond post your proof in a scam accusation and go from there, but def don't come off as an extortionist and think all will go well.

Same here, can't see the screen shots and I also won't go to any google drive site, for obvious reasons. Just upload the video on some streaming site so more people can actually see what happened and decide for themselves if you have a case. I guess you do, just from the words, but watching the evidence of course would be the best.

How many times has someone taken money from you or dome something illegitimate by you in your lifetime? From your response, not many. While a poor attitude isn't constructive, I think that anyone has the emotional right to be angry and to threaten legal action when they have been unlawfully treated.

Also, just a reminder that you are here to deescalate matters, not the people complaining. People who are complaining are here to escalate the issues because bc.game won't provide adequate support (hundreds of prior cases which support that statement).

I would advise against playing god with this power of yours to liaise between bc.game and players. If you took on the assignment to help players resolve issues that root from bc.game's ongoing misconduct and fraudulent behavior, it is only natural that you show some understanding when someone is angry as a result of being unfairly treated (especially given that it involves their money).

People panic and get angry when they are wrong done by or when they have their money frozen or locked without explanation. Calling the OP a brat over being angry about this situation is inappropriate (in my opinion).

If you are genuinely helping people and this job you have taken up (entirely for free and out of the goodness of your heart) is frustrating you, maybe stop for a while? Of course, bc.game will be labelled as a scam very soon after, though what's more important, your mental health, or you helping a shady casino stay alive by resolving cases for them for free?

OP threatened or get panicked or angry or whatever terms you want to write to describe his words and gave 72 hours deadline to review of his gameplay, restoration of his account, and compensation. The timeline will put us on... Saturday, before he escalate to relevanat authorities.

That means me and my contact only have until Friday to sort things out, as I prefer to leave my contacts on all casinos alone during weekend and quite frankly, would love to enjoy my weekends too. And yes, that's because I do things for free. For that exact reason, it's completely up to me too when to reply and address matters, out of my free time. If I'm busy or engaged in IRL matters, I'll prioritize my IRL matters before other people's cases.

Thus, I think it is need to be established if he'll stick with his attitude and if he insist on going to all of those what he describes within 72 hours or not.

If he insist on that deadline, I won't bother reaching my contact as there is a huge chance it won't be resolved within 72 hours. A review of his gameplay will likely be conducted by the provider [though we can only be certain after he supplement us with proper evidence to see what is he talking about], and every overseers who seriously oversee cases will very much likely understand that it can take as long as whatever the provider want to. So why bother nudging my contact with details of a matter that'll be removed from their [and my] hand a couple hours later because it got escalated to the proper authorities that'll shift the resolution attempt from their jurisdiction to another division?

So, was that me playing god or me being realistic? Was that you being biased?

I am a little annoyed to see someone being criticized for being rightfully upset about feeling that their bets not being fairly processed, for being suspended with no explanation and for doing the right thing by giving a deadline to resolve the issue before they proceed with legal actions.
Noone is saying he cannot be upset or tell the world about his issue, but the way he posted his stuff he is sounding like a typical extortionist. I demand my money back, I demand my account restored, I demand compensation or I will try to damage you across multiple platforms and give you a bad name.

He is already doing that by making this thread, so why not post everything in here, pm the company and make them aware, and go about it the proper way?

You have $1000 and if you don't give it to me, I am going to harm you in some way.

This is not extortion:

You steal $1000 from me and I tell you that if you don't give it back to me, I am going to tell as many people as I can and take legal action.

I am sure that if bc.game took OP to court for extortion, bc.game would be the one at fault for instigating the situation.

If you have read any of the other tens/hundreds of cases against bc.game, they have little to no support and are proving that they only resolve cases through holydarkness after they are posted here in bitcointalk. Complainants who had their situations resolved have even said that they didn't get any constructive support or resolution until they posted here. This is a form of scam tactic, because there are definitely people out there who do not post on this forum for a variety of reasons that I posted here and repeatedly in other threads.

I have every right to chime in for as long as the bc.game scam continues to run. I am not here to help bc.game or people who complain about them, I post in these threads to let people know that this is an ongoing problem that for some reason this forum does not want to deal with. OP threatened or get panicked or angry or whatever terms you want to write to describe his words and gave 72 hours deadline to review of his gameplay, restoration of his account, and compensation. The timeline will put us on... Saturday, before he escalate to relevanat authorities.

That means me and my contact only have until Friday to sort things out, as I prefer to leave my contacts on all casinos alone during weekend and quite frankly, would love to enjoy my weekends too. And yes, that's because I do things for free. For that exact reason, it's completely up to me too when to reply and address matters, out of my free time. If I'm busy or engaged in IRL matters, I'll prioritize my IRL matters before other people's cases.

Thus, I think it is need to be established if he'll stick with his attitude and if he insist on going to all of those what he describes within 72 hours or not.

If he insist on that deadline, I won't bother reaching my contact as there is a huge chance it won't be resolved within 72 hours. A review of his gameplay will likely be conducted by the provider [though we can only be certain after he supplement us with proper evidence to see what is he talking about], and every overseers who seriously oversee cases will very much likely understand that it can take as long as whatever the provider want to. So why bother nudging my contact with details of a matter that'll be removed from their [and my] hand a couple hours later because it got escalated to the proper authorities that'll shift the resolution attempt from their jurisdiction to another division?

I absolutely do still wonder why you do what you do, because I still don't understand why someone would work so hard to defend a shady casino that is riddled with malpractice without being paid to do so.

Usually when someone does something for free if it's a good and honest thing to do, and if they realized there was a bad side to what they are doing, they would stop. While helping players is a good thing you are doing, you are inadvertently helping a selectively scamming casino to continue operating by resolving the complaints that go public for them. To me, this doesn't align with a free person doing an honest deed, and to me, it aligns with someone who has ulterior motivations outside of just "helping players". However, I am not accusing you again or rehashing this argument, I am just sharing my line of thought that has lead us to so many arguments in the past.

About the bet, I am on the page that if you wanted to prove yourself with an exact statement saying you don't benefit in any way whatsoever from what you do, then you would just do it for the sake of validating your own integrity. I still don't really see why I have to put money on the table for that. I've said before too that it would also be a stupid bet, as the outcome can easily be rigged (since the outcome we'd be betting on is influenced by information that is private to you, such as private communications, which can easily be hidden or censored to enable you to win the bet). I'm not interested in stupid gambles, which is why I never have or will take you up on it.

# Formal Complaint Regarding Fraudulent Crash Game Results and Reference to 100 ETH Challenge on BC.Game

Dear BC.Game Support Team,

I am writing to formally report a serious issue concerning multiple bets I placed on the Crash game on your platform. In several consecutive rounds, I performed cashouts at approximately 4.00x multiplier, well before the crash occurred. However, your system incorrectly recorded these bets as losses.

I have watched the video carefully a few many times and found that OP has dropped his brain somewhere Grin. It will be appreciated if anyone can find his brain and insert it in his head. You will find 3 bets in the video which busted above 4× multiplier. OP had set auto cash out at 100× multiplier. Therefore, he was doing the cash out manually. Among those 3 bets,

• OP cashed out one bet at 4.53×, where the round busted at 16.93×. Winning was credited to his account successfully.
• OP didn't perform the cash out on the other one. This round busted at 4.46×. OP lost his bet as he didn't cash out before it busted.
• OP cashed out the last bet at 5.29×, where the round busted at 32.70×. Winning was credited to his account successfully.

The fun fact is that OP was trying to check his cashed out bet before the round ended (busted). Casino doesn't show the bet ID of a crash game in the bet history until it gets busted. As a result, OP was thinking that BCgame marked his winning bets as losing by looking into other bets. @holydarkness, don't waste your time here mate Smiley.

OP, I can see that you... still raise your threat... ehm, formal complaint, on their ANN instead of here where I asked for added info. Anyway, that added info was provided on their ANN and I transfer it here below,


So, as I said as per what I quote myself above, my gut feeling won over me and I inquire my contact with the UID, and they asked whether or not there is a typo on the UID because the UID has been made inactive since 2023.

I am asking for those screenshots so I can get a better info, like BetID or bet date, and I guess they're nicely provided on above link and confirm what my contact told me, only older... if I read things correctly. Google Lens won't give me translation of that timestamp, but I think it reads something like 1st of May 2019 or 5th of January 2019?



I've forwarded those images to my contact [ninja style, you made me have to sign-in to drive to download them, so I take a way around it] and hopefully  they can clarify with the betID contained in those images.

Will update the thread once I heard from them.
