Xyes.com has scammed me for $2k+
I am unable to find the exact amount as they have locked my account and I can no longer login

I received this email after I sent all my documents when they were requested:
Our casino provider has flagged your betting behavior as a value
betting arbitrageur and upon further investigation of your account and
betting activity with our casino provider, we have determined that you
have violated our terms and conditions.
As a result, your account registered to this email address/phone will
be permanently closed. All funds and pending bonuses have been
forfeited.
We understand that this is not the outcome you wanted, but our
decision on this is final and we will not enter into further
communications on this matter.

I just want to re-affirm I was not doing arbitrage bets. I was betting purely for fun and over my sports betting accounts lifetime I am actually down like $50,000. However lots of sites have been moving out of sweden due to regulation stuff, so I signed up here as a new alternative.

I don't think I will get this money back which is okay I can afford to lose it, although it does suck to lose it like this.
Posting this mainly to warn others who may make an account here.

btw, Yes, you did valuebetting. Valuebetting is betting over any other odd, so most probably you catched odds over other bookmakers.

Scam is not moderated here in the forum. So your request of banning them here is not possible. You can only give them negative trust and flag them for the damage done on you financially but you will need a solid evidence to establish a solid scam accusation.

Arbitrage betting is very hard to defend here because casino not normally flagged user with arbitrage betting issue unless they find a connection to multiple account on Xyes or other casino that use same odds provider.

To clear things up, value betting and arbitrage betting are not the same thing. Services sell plays, some are value bets and others are sure bets (arbitrage).

If a line closes at 2.25. Everyone that made a bet of 2.26 or more bet value. Everyone betting 2.24 or below didn't have value. No other bookmaker has a rule against value bets.

so they just closed your account and took all the balance you had? did they refund your last deposit, or did they keep that too?

you thought correct, as not long ago they were caught faking thier casino license, so your money is 99% gone.

We regret that your account was flagged by our odds provider as engaging in value betting behavior. In accordance with our Terms of Service, your account has been permanently closed following a thorough review.
can you post any proof of that? like his sports bets history for us to check, since he no longer has access to his account?

Not sure what criteria your odds provider is using, but from the reception your site is getting I don't think you guys will be around long

Well it wasn't on purpose. I am down $23,000 on betfury in 2025 but was unable to play there anymore since they banned swedish players
I swapped to xyes as they used the same layout

@XYes Official, Can you please post more details about why his account has been banned? In case of a ban, why didn't you enable withdrawal of funds and close the account? Even why are you blocking his initial deposits? Can you please share what exactly was said by the odds provider? I can understand when a provider flags an account you have to take action against that user. But we really need to confirm that the user abused your system. Since the user is unable to log in to his account, it means we can't see the detailed data of this account. You must need to clarify everything.

When a scam accusation is created against a gambling platform, it will reflect even on Google. So unless you solve the issue, then you might lose a potential customer, and you may lose your reputation as well. Good to see you are active here, but we need a solution. Either you have to defend yourself with solid evidence, or else users should receive his withdrawal.

they don't use the same layout, they use the same provider for their sportsbook, and that's betby.
and betby is a soft bookie, so they have a lot of complaints for flaging players for "value betting", but betby isn't the one who took your money, as it's up to the casino to decide how to deal with thier users after they been flaged.

and let's say you did value betting, the right thing xyes should have done imo, is to void those bets and refund your deposit.

they shouldn’t void winnings. People have to stop playing at these books that don’t pay winnings on value bets. Pay all winnings, then ban or limit.

No one except XYes says no value playing in their ToS.

they shouldn’t void winnings. People have to stop playing at these books that don’t pay winnings on value bets. Pay all winnings, then ban or limit.
then they will have no place to play, cause virtually 99% of crypto casinos have terms against value betting, arbitrage, or anything else that gives a bettor an edge against them.
and obv, you can't play without agreeing to those terms first, so people actually need to start reading terms to know what they are signing up for.

as for voiding wins, don't get me wrong, it's shitty, no one likes it, but at least on some casinos you can get your deposit back if they close your account for that, instead of getting scammed out of your whole balance.

Show 1 other book with no "Value" betting in their ToS. It only exists at XYes.

No arbitrage betting can be taken as in-house arbs. That means bet one side early and then the other side at the same book if the line moves.

There is no way to prove arbing with two books because most of the arbs occur at Pinny or a book with Pinny lines such as Bitcoin-Betting and neither shares bet slips.

Risk assessment team example. These players get paid, then limited.

You’re right but other casino restrict user to bet or decrease their max bet to penny once they are doing this value bet.

You can’t insist your own fair gaming rules to casino that doesn’t players to have an almost guaranteed win on bets.

Players that doing this type of bet will surely encounter problem on any casino that he will play because odds provider will surely flag his account.

Just not understanding the whole idea of this
I am not a long term winner, in my sports betting journey I am down over $50,000 it's just a fun activity for me
Because I won for a week or two I get classed as a value player and now they should have the right to not pay any winnings?

Is no one allowed to win any bets on these sites? I'm so confused
I will now need to search all terms and conditions for the future site I'm going to play at

For the sportsbooks that are here, this is what happens.

Bitcoin-Betting: pays and no restrictions

The others: pays then limits player. Some steal money but they’ll tack on another accusation such as multi-accounting.

XYes : steals money

Why are there no active limited players at XYes when most of the others have a ton of limited players?

i have used various odd comparison tools ,services and even bots to track lines across multiple sportsbooks for a decade. I mostly bet on value — sometimes arbitrage too, but value betting has always been way more profitable. I also take certain measures to hide my patterns, so most of the time I manage to cash out before the casinos catch on and lock the account. By the time they react, I’m already out, so there’s no real loss on my end.

Honestly, I find it funny how some of these players think they can beat the system, but they do it so sloppily that casinos flag them almost instantly. Then they come here crying “scam” because they got caught. No offense, but it’s kind of hilarious.

Does betfury restrict users from Sweden? I'm not 100% sure, but if you managed to lose 50K to casinos, you r clearly not just a casual player — you probably know how to use a VPN.

Honestly, it sounds like you were already banned from Betfury, and then tried switching to another similar casino, hoping to run the same strategy. But you might’ve overlooked one crucial detail — both sites use the same game provider: betby.

if you were flagged or banned on one platform, it's highly likely the provider recognized your betting patterns immediately on the other. That’s probably why things escalated so quickly. Just something to keep in mind.
