Hi,

I’ve been betting on Betcoin.ag’s sportsbook for a few months using USDT. After mostly losing, I decided to withdraw what was left of my balance in March 2025.

First withdrawal (March): Never approved. Support told me to resubmit.
Second withdrawal (May 29, 2025): Finally got an email confirmation but still no funds. When reaching out, support asked me to wait 15 business days.
June 19 (after 15 business days): Still no funds and no update. Support then told me to file a claim, which I did.
Shortly after: My account was disabled, blocking me from logging in or accessing any info. Support tells me to send an email this time, which I do.
Support’s explanation: Alleged “T&C violation” and that my account is “under review” for up to 60 days. I’ve been waiting for over a month with no updates and no answer to my questions about what are the alleged T&C violations.

I’ve since found many similar cases: long delays, accounts locked after withdrawal requests, and investigations that drag on for months (examples here, here, and in this list).

After trying to withdraw my balance for several months without success I decided to take it to this forum. Does anyone have any advice on next steps?
Thank you in advance

Support told me to resubmit.

Yeah.. Because you screwed up and used your Betcoin deposit address, instead of your wallet address, as your withdrawal address. We were trying to save you the trouble. This kind of statement, with no context, just proves that you are here to defame and extort us.

-SNIP-

On June 19th at 1256 UTC, you emailed us for the first time after your account was suspended.
On June 19 at 1306 UTC, we replied letting you know that you are in violation of of our terms of service, with regard to sportsbook abuse, and that an investigation is underway to determine the extent of the abuse, which could take up to 60 days. It has been 32 days. We would like for it to take less time, but unfortunately, you are one of many abusers and our security team takes these in the order they come in.

It is in your benefit that we take this time and do a proper review, because according to our terms of service, we could just withhold all funds, based on the violation. But instead, we take our time to review the case and often, the deposit is returned, as long as there are no other accounts found.

We strongly recommend that you put this thread on hold, as a resolution has not occurred, let alone a scam. If you continue to needlessly defame us in forums, we will simply direct you to our licensor or a 3rd party mediator. We have confirmed evidence of the abuse and we would be happy to show either, if you would like to go that route. Please note that if you do decide to do that, once they decide in our favor, they will abide by the terms of service, which permit us to withhold all payouts.

I said this in the previous topic last night that Betcoin has fraudulent rules and are scammers and the moderator deleted the message. The next day a new topic about fraud against them appears
and now the moderator should comment on why he deleted it

Glad @Betcoin.AG has responded to this thread and tried to give a clear picture of the whole scenario.

OP wait for the 60 days time frame already mentioned, and then after you can decide on the way forward. That's roughly around 2 months. Most of the cases you pointed out seem to have been resolved

Op is lucky enough to have them replied immediately he posted that is to show that they are active here on this forum. What next, they gave him 60 working day which is 2 months while their team carries out their operation carefully, and again it would be ideal op state whether he has connected or not because some of those things that causes withdrawal issues could be that he might want to abuse something on the system and they may decides to withheld his payout.

This is the kind of response I always want to see from the casinos. If they respond too quickly same as Betcoin did, people won't be able to speculate and say whatever they want. The scam accusation thread creators usually do not share the full case. They write the story as if they are the victim and they did not commit anything wrong and they did not make any mistakes. They always play the victim role.

It is good to see Betcoin responded promptly. Probably, I would write a negative comment about Betcoin if I didn't see any response from the casino. So yes, it is important for the casino to be active and fast when it comes to responding to the scam accusations.
