We can easily get an idea of how many people gamble in countries where gambling is directly permitted, but we do not have much idea about the type of gambling that people do in countries where gambling is not officially permitted. I think there are some developing countries where gambling is not officially permitted but people in those countries gamble a lot. The main reason behind the high level of gambling among people in these developing countries could be unemployment or the thought of getting rich easily. When the unemployment problem becomes big in a country, many students choose gambling as a temporary career after graduation without getting a job.

At that time, they have a wrong idea that they will earn a lot of money by gambling and change their economic status, but many times it is seen that instead of gaining money, they are losing a lot of money due to gambling in the wrong way.

I noticed that the rich tend to gamble more provided there's much to lose but it doesn't guarantee a good gambling procedures so then we have most countries gamble for this reason but in the other hand some countries gamble more than the others based on the fact that they got free access to gambling sites and casinos unlike others that are under government jurisdiction and laws.

It's also about exposure. The cause of high rate of gambling in my country is though to the fact that there is no gambling restrictions and the regulations of the gambling market over here is still at it early stage which makes it fair enough to begin a casino without much confrontation and the market is  booming because of the coming of sport betting features on those casinos.

Considering that the economy in my country is a major problem that is difficult to overcome, especially since the government hasn't taken steps to improve its economy, such as providing jobs. Permit me to express my feelings with my experience currently now in my country, do to the hardship in my country currently right now the economy is nothing to write about because there are many jobless people in the country that are graduate yet no work, but the job that is available in the country has been hacked by the prominent people occupying the government seat, at such many youths that are not working and those that find means to work with smaller salaries, still join to gamble, so almost everyone is surviving with gambling over here, so government can't stop gambling in my country because gambling is stop the high rate of crime because sometimes i do invest gambling hall that are legalize by the government and the population of i do see staking games, just to be able to find what the family can eat that day.

Not all rich people are gamblers but they certainly have more chances to gamble if they wanted to. According to data, the higher the income is in some countries the more people gamble in that country. Since the average citizen is earning a lot, even if they spend quite a significant amount of money in gambling this will still not cause financial doom.

These are not actually the reason why some country gamble more than the others, support from the government can not make a country gamble more because whether the government support gambling or not people who are interested will gamble and the ones that are not interested will not, everybody has there choice. Not all rich men gamble and not all poor people gamble too but rich people has the chance of winning more because they won't go for big odds. It doesn't matter if it is legal or not in the country, people will gamble anyway.

And also it doesn't matter if the country is rich or poor, people will always gamble.

I reckon that actually maybe poorer countries would gamble more because that is a ticket for hope, rich people don't really need more money so they won't be gambling as much as a poor person that wants to escape poverty.

Yeah, people actually gamble regardless of being rich or poor but it is not entirely wrong. But the main issue is that the poor or low-income people tend to engage in even more aggressive gambling which costs them a lot.

I agree with that, and it's almost the same as what is happening in our country, especially when online casinos became popular. It's a nonstop stream of advertisements of local online casinos, and then there are streamers who are being paid by those businesses just to put them in their stream after the entertainment.

I bet they are being paid well, but I don't agree with how they do it since there are many kids now who are using social media not just for socializing but also for their school and group messaging. Still, the number of streamers advertising local gambling sites is growing, and I do hope it will stop at some point.

For such self-made wealthy people the drive for them to gamble has been occupied by their investment mentality that cannot be accosted by gamble to be a channel to add extra money to their net. It is monies gotten by chance that is often betrayed to squandering such that you've exemplified.

Being poor and having no foreseeable time to an end for it can be really frustrating which makes many people in these poor countries launched onto gambling to ease their frustration from every little profit they can make from their lucky bets.

I see this as a very good reason some countries will have more gamblers than the other, one challenge most gamblers face sometimes is with their abilities to get the casinos reported when they feel violated but because some casinos are in countries where they are not regulated, they most time goa away with their ill dids and no one cautions them in such countries.

Once gamblers feel safe, they tend to gamble more because they know that if anything should come up,  they have an agency they can report to and get issues sorted so they have confidence in their government and in the casinos since they are under regulatory bodies.

It is true that rich people gamble but their amount will be less than that of poor people. They gamble in the hope of getting rich quickly, while some see gambling as a part of life. They think that by gambling they can easily earn money quickly and improve their quality of life. Because what you are saying about how those who have a lower middle economy are more likely to gamble compared to those who have an upper middle economy.

Even though in my country gambling is illegal and nothing is allowed, but illegal casinos appear every day with various kinds of promos and such,

It depends on the religion implementation of their rules because we are a strong Christian country but we have a lot of gamblers and casino that even foreigners invest and established casino here.

Many Filipino is religious and at the same time like to gamble despite a contradiction of their belief. They just ask for forgiveness during Sunday mass then continue gambling.

But there’s some cases that religious country has less gambling like Muslim country since gambling is strictly prohibited.
