they basically did a bait and switch on everyone who took that VIP transfer offer, and changing pre agreed on terms is scummy in every way.
Changing rules always annoying. Still mad on something change, like my experience in Stake for losing VIP. Don't mind for changing but those should be for the new one not old user who already gain privilage before the change. -snip
Are they don't have time online info ? Like in Stake, the host is using Emoji to indicate they're online or not. If they are online, and we chat them on online time we expect some response asap.

Hey everyone, I’m currently working on a Winna review for TrendCrypt and wanted to ask for real community feedback before finalizing it. One thing I’ve learned from previous reviews is that short-term testing is not enough in crypto gambling. A platform can look fine during basic testing, but long-term users often notice things that are not visible right away. For anyone who has used Winna, what has your experience been like? I’d be interested to hear about withdrawals, KYC, support, bonus terms, complaints, positives, red flags, or anything else you think should be included in a fair review. Honest feedback from actual users would be really helpful. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5582718.60

Bonus terms are ass, often asking for high rollover and originals games only count 25%. Wager requirements for drops are WAY too high now, unlike 4 months age when they were fair. VIP transfer was abruptly ended from their side giving players max 2 months to wager a total of 500k if they want to keep their status. For this wager you can reach platinum 2 on stake which pays higher rewards than winna. Also the promised vip transfer bonus was given a countdown and after it ends all your wager was for nothing if you didn't reach 100% -> broken promise of having unlimited time. Of the bigger sites around they are definitely one of the greedier and worse sites. That's why people are leaving at the moment, after 5 hours a telegram bonus code with 12k wager requirement and only 250 claims was still available meaning that not even 250 players had 12k wager in the past 7 days (of course excluding some highrollers that don't care about small telegram codes). That says a lot about how small the active player base is already. And it's only getting worse.

[...] That says a lot about how small the active player base is already. And it's only getting worse.
Just out of curiosity, because I really don't know... are there any official figures on the player base that would allow us to compare individual casinos in this regard? For example, do the 250 users mentioned represent 1% of the player base on, say, whale.io, or is it 0.0001%? I’d definitely be interested in those numbers, since, to be honest, I don’t believe crypto gambling platforms are that widespread and...

No clue about the player base but here you can see the volume of betting I suppose: https://www.fairgambling.com/casinosThe winna support team is embarrassing themselves again but putting up false informations yet again. I asked why there aren't any tickets for the world cup promo in my account despite making sports bets. The rule (yes there is only one) clearly states: And guess what support tells me: No words for this embarrassing nonsense yet again.

If you win money there, you will likely be banned and your funds confiscated, while they simply ignore you. There are several scam accusations on the forum about the same issue: account closures and money confiscations, especially involving users of the sportsbook. They are not properly addressing or answering those accusations. In my case, they stole $700 from me.

^^ If the OP doesn’t respond here and address all the accusations above, then there isn’t much left to say except that this is, unfortunately, nothing but an exit scam. I can’t think of any reason that would prevent the OP from addressing the above allegations and challenging them other than being in the wrong side and not having any valid proof to defend their position. Sirry to say this, but this is one of the reasons why OP needs to be always present.

The question, of course, is exactly how the volume is calculated here. At first glance, it looks like wallet tracking, which doesn’t work very well for deposits in fiat. Unfortunately, though, you can’t really deduce the user base from this, which is something I would have been interested in. It’s also interesting that whale.io would have significantly (!) less volume here than winna.

The creator of this thread doesn't like to respond. Their site has been accused of being a scam, but even so, the creator of this thread hasn't responded. He hasn't responded since March 9th, 2026. It's strange that his last post on March 9th was a response to the scam accusation against his casino, and after that he stopped betting here on the forum, but he continues to log in. This means he can see people's complaints in this thread and simply doesn't respond, he doesn't care about solving the problem. I still don't know how anyone manages to use this casino.

it's exactly that, and there is another website that does the same thing, https://www.tanzanite.xyz/centralized/volumeit should be interesting to compare the numbers, but those are still just estimates, and i think both sites don't even track bitcoin deposits. It’s also interesting that whale.io would have significantly (!) less volume here than winna.
i would not take those deposits volumes at face value, cause they can easily be manipulated by wash deposits to make any casino look like they are doing better than they actually are.
